Hey again all. This is a report on Escada. They've changed location. Now they are no more in Ethul Kotte. They are now based in a house at Diyawanna Lane. I went there last Saturday but called ahead to see if any providers were free at the time. I went there, decent place but no proper parking. You'll have to park on the road next to their entrance. Yes, it is disgraceful behavior on the part of the manager at Orchid. The rate there is Rs.1000 for 45 minutes, and Rs.1300 for 1 hour. I hope you were able to find an alternative.

No, I didn't. The hotel driver offered to take me other places, but I thought it was at *least* 50% possible that he was the one instigating the price increase, so I thought I'd find out the real deal and go the next time I was in town.

I did seem to have some nice dreams about the sexy Sri Lankan airline hostesses on my flight to Singapore. :)

Hotel drivers are generally quite reliable, unlike independent tuk-tuk drivers.
