A 5 minute walk out the front door gives you access to 100's of freelancers, beer bar, soapie or A-Go-Go ladies. The clientele are mostly mongers so zero problems with hotel on that front. If after a couple of days you want to explore the Skytrain is less than a 10 minute walk. It's not fancy but was built with mongering in mind. About $50 us a night includes large breakfast buffet.
