Its been awhile since I was in Ghana. I always stayed my first two-three nights in Paloma Hotel. At night, go to the bar in Paloma complex. Then, as far as clubs go, you should be able to ask other travelers and expats where to bar hop. What was good when I was there has likely faded. Don't take anyone from a bar unless you want drama and police. World wide, clubs have a short half-life. At day, I walked to Nkruma Circle and "made friends". You can get a GF, a guide, someone to introduce, etc. Just don't get a pro from the club.
