Other than that learn to negotiate with whatever leads you get. If some senior suggests that a bird is worth some amount, try to negotiate harder. Bring her down. I am going to write a few things today. There will be some who will not agree with my opinions or views but I am also sure there will be at least one person who will endorse with what I am posting. I don't live in Mumbai so you might say I am interested in local business. Well I do read the reports of the places that I generally visit and try to get some contacts so that I can have a good time when I am there. I am from a part of the world where Pro. On is legal.
