My experience at The Pimp
Got back from Bangkok a few weeks ago and I thought I would share my experience at The Pimp, who for those unfamiliar is what is referred to here as a "gentleman's club", or G-club as some might call it.
First off I would preface this report by saying that The Pimp is just one of several such clubs in Bangkok and I have not gone to the others yet, so I can't really compare or guarantee that you'll have a similar experience elsewhere. This is actually my second time there and to be honest I was kind of worried that the second time would not live up to the hype of the first time, but it actually exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised.
We got there around 9 pm on a Saturday night, which was actually advised to us by the mamasan because just like popular AGGs like CH, the later you go there is a higher chance that the "better" girls will have already been taken by other customers. Me and my friend got a private room that comes with a karaoke machine, nice big comfy couches, a platter of fruits, and we also bought two bottles of Johnnie Walker Black Label.
The way The Pimp is designed is it's similar to a club, where you have the main area where there is a stage where the girls dance and where sometimes there is a live band playing, and behind the main area there are a bunch of private rooms varying in sizes. However if you do go I highly suggest getting a private room because more shenanigans can be had without the rest of the club watching you, unless that's your kind of thing.
The mamasan then brought over a lineup of girls, I think there was about 20 to choose from and all of them (to me) were stunners, which made it so much harder to choose. Me and my friend made our picks and went back to the room. We played a lot of drinking games which got more fun the more drunk we got, and maybe after an hour or two of playing games and attempting (and failing) to sing Thai songs, things started to get wild with their clothes coming off, and after that it was pretty much a do-as-you-please situation short of actual sex, however I have heard stories from friends and other forums that you can get BJs while in the private rooms, but YMMV.
Later on in the night when we were quite high and tipsy, girls selling tequila shots came in and my friend in his drunken state bought them four shots each at 200 baht per shot if I'm not mistaken. Then girls dressed as geishas came in and brought us menus for Japanese food, which honestly neither of us was particularly hungry for but the girls seemed rather keen on it, which I'm guessing they might get a cut from the upsell.
The entire night was back and forth between playing drinking games, making out, grabbing, fingering, necking, singing karaoke, eating questionable (but tasty) Japanese food, and basically getting smashed, since we essentially managed to polish off two bottles of Johnnie Walker between the four of us.
Our intention was maybe to stay 3-4 hours because they charge every 30 minutes, but we ended up staying there until like 4 am. There is the option for taking them home, but you have to let the mamasan know beforehand so she can arrange a lineup of girls that will go home with you. Fair warning though, if you thought that the asking price for AGGs are expensive, taking girls home from The Pimp is considerably more, and the experience itself might not necessarily be better since this probably varies from girl to girl, but the actual experience in the club itself has been pretty consistent.
I would have loved to take mine home but I know I was too drunk to really get anything accomplished, so I wisely passed on that. My friend was a bit torn as he was feeling a bit randy but he also knew that he would be too drunk to enjoy it fully, but he asked his girl to quote a price, which she asked for 6,000 baht which does not include the barfine. This figure is negotiable, by the way, my first trip I managed to get away with 3,000 baht. However his girl was either not keen on going back with him, really needed the money, or was too drunk and needed to find a way of turning him down politely, but she basically refused to budge on the 6,000 price.
The damage that night was about 22,000 baht for both of us, not including tips to the girls, waiters, and mamasan, which I think would have amounted to 25,000. Like I said, this is a rather pricey experience and might not be everyone's cup of tea and based on what I've read, not necessarily what some forum members might consider to be a "smart" way to spend their money.
However to each their own, we all chase different experiences when it comes to the P4 P scene anyway, but if you're looking for something different from the soapies, oilies, AGGs, or FLs on WeChat, BJ bars, and so on, then this could be an alternative worth exploring if you have the cash to spare.

There were double the number of girls for that time of the day and some new cuties.
As far as lunch tables go, this has been there for a couple of years now. The outside turns into a pop up street restaurant, though not sure who runs them. The first time I saw it, I to walked away confused. Luckily, as I was walking towards BTS, I met one of the girls by Hemingway's (it was still up then) and she led be back in from their back door. It was business as usual inside and you were still welcome to use the front door if you wanted to brave the office crowd / walk of shame I prefer the back door if around noon and front up after 2.
