There is a major issue. Many Thai words have vowel sounds that are not so similar to English or American vowels. They are closer to German vowel sounds, but still the odd strange one. There are also 3 consonant sounds not really in English and others like G, L and R vary from English way. Finally there are 5 different tones to deal with, and only low tone is really like English way of speaking. Even making syllables long or short can be tricky as a learner.

So hearing Thai spoken is critical, and in a quiet environment. Our ears can't even hear Thai correctly. You need a teacher at the start to help you change your pronunciation to get it close to understandable. It is possible for a Thai girl to teach you, if she is very patient and speaks slowly and clearly.

You are probably much better of with Thai girls that can speak English. Although 25 years ago I spent much time with Thai girls with virtually zero English, that forced my Thai to progress.

Some day I will post a list of sexual words and phrases here, but it will be intended for those who can already speak Thai a bit or understand Thai pronunciation.

Took me six months to get a really good grip on Thai pronunciation and that was at age 35. It is not that easy. After understanding pronunciation, the rest starts to come easy. Grammar is very simple, it's just Vocab after that. 25 years later, I am still studying Thai Vocab.

I have never encountered a useful one for the latter (the sex phrasebook) but would download and install such an app if there was one. I mean, generally it is solved by just pointing to those areas of the body. The useful factor for me would be to hear loud and clear a fluent Thai speaker ask specialized sexual/P4P questions that might not be the standard procedure like, "Will you finish a blowjob with me cumming inside your mouth?", "Will you finish by swallowing my semen?", "Will we fuck like a real boyfriend and girlfriend, without condom, and I finish inside your pussy?" Thais do not enjoy to hear very explicit talk the same straight way you would say it in English, and more inclined to use Euphemisms, however I do appreciate the need for you to get precise information about what you will get. No standard books are going to cover your questions.

Still I might have a go at translating your questions into good Thai. I can consult some Thai girl sexual expert (my main regular Gik who speaks excellent English as well) when I am not 100% sure. However probably not necessary this time. My Thai is pretty good. You could consult Talking Dictionaries if unsure how to pronounce the words, once I give Thai script as well.

The first ones are relatively easy:

There, it is not so tough, if know basic Thai words, e. G. "Geun" for Swallow. I wrote the Thai very straight without too many Euphemisms, except "Ao" means to "take" so is a very common word to mean "fuck" but not quite so harsh. "Set" means to "finish". I avoided medical style terminology. "Jim" rising tone is a polite word for pussy, better than "hoi" (shellfish) or "hee" (very impolite like "c-unt".
