Yes a lot of normal crowd goes there mainly because of its location (Opposite Eon) and due to the fact that its one of the 2 Kharadi spas which offer nearbuy voucher. I took extras multiple times from their therapist named Zen. Meanwhile I tried their mizo therapist (forgot name) who didn't offer extras and I didn't ask. These days I visit Imperia located below Texas Towers opp Zensar. If extras is all you are looking for, you cannot go wrong by taking a Thai over there. More details in the FR below:

However the massage is good as per NE standards. Counter is around 1600 -1800 depending on time for 60 minutes.

9 Senses Wagholi.

Just above Mc Donald's, this place is a delight for mongers looking to taste local Marathi woman. They do have a few NE as well I think. Counter charges are 1500 flat with no NearBuy option. Rooms are spacious and clean. All therapist do extras here which they will bring up after 25-30 minutes of massage. Damages start from 500 for bum massage, 1-1. 5 K for TL HJ and 2-2. 5 K for B2B. You should have checked the therapist before or at least asked a NE upfront, like I do always. At least you didn't blow much on B2 be. Just curious, what did you find unhygienic about the place? Is it the girl? Because as far as I remember the setup was new and the rooms were tidy and compact.
