Although I recognize that the ladies are free entrepreneurs (or at least, their managers are), I would strongly advise against accepting non-standard pricing. The reason is it will get around to other girls that you are willing to pay for non-standard extras and you will be subjected to requests for extra Euro by more girls.

Two views and I can agree with both. I have to dissuade the lady from wanting more for the basics, while at the same time accepting that they are under pressure and how much am I willing to spend?

I thought it was once suggested with the Czech Brigade that they would soften their position on DFK if you extended to an hour. If you ever do decide to pay an extra 50E for DFK, you should perhaps consider asking the girl for a free sample before you decide. From my observations, I think the practice of ending the session as soon as you come whether it is in 2 minutes or at 29 minutes is common.
