Thanks to the help of dear MizoAhmed, I got the contact for a Chinese lady in Maadi.

I called her last weekend and she was in other place for work but arranged another lady staying in her flat.

And the issue is that they cannot speak any English, so it is very difficult for communication if you do not understand Chinese.
