I have been to these places in recent years and agree that it will be difficult to find someone in Mui Ne unless she is a foreign tourist. Nha Trang has some locals but not like HCMC. Vung Tau, a one hour boat ride from HCMC, is another option because it has a club scene and beaches; actually closer than Mui Ne. Ya, I'd find a honey in HCMC and bring her to Vung Tau unless you really like the club scene in Vung Tau.

Actually finding in Vung Tau and taking to HCMC works well because Vung Tau is so quiet mid week.
Recently spent a week in NT. Most of the hot tocs on the lower end of Tran Phu are now closed. Didn't frequent them much before but they were there for the lazy. My favorite place on Tran Quang Khai is also now closed. Great place for a quick bj for 200k. Now I was turned on to a number of hot tocs on Le Hong Phoung st. Loads of them. Had a sweet lil thing with a bj/hj combo.....100k.
As someone said in a previous report, I confirm that you can find FS massage in Vung Tau in Intourco hotel.
The girl was tiny, very nice with good talents.
Tip was 50 USD. Good experience.

I have yet to find a place in Vung Tau where I can get a regular massage - they always go for the crown jewels first.
And I have only seen prices less than half what you quote. VND500K or less.
I will be taking my 1st trip to Vietnam in a few months, I've spent the past two weeks RTFF. The conclusion I've come up with is Vietnam is kind of sad for monger, help me out guys am I wrong? I will be staying mostly in Da Nang. Sounds like Viet girls love foreigners esp western ones. What about American Viet guys, do they get the same love?
You will have no issue with finding the ladies in Danang being a Viet / USA guy, in fact it will be to your advantage (assuming you speak Tieng Viet fluently). The scene is not as obvious as other countries you may have visited, but it is genuinely there, you just need some pointers. Let me know your preferred scene to pick up and I will suggest the appropriate place and approximate costs. Hotels in Danang are far more lenient in regards to being GF compared with Saigon and especially Hanoi (Centre Vn govt to a certain extent operates independently from HN and SG). However there maybe 1 or 2 you will have issues with depending on how you handle the situation. Again I will assist if required.

Start out by staying at Royal Hotel and getting your meat from the disco out front. Report here somewhere. As you get more comfortable take one with you to Hoi An or whatever.

There is a few KTV joints, very much catering only to local Viet's and can be hit and miss at the very best , I do not recommend. Dont even bother with MP's unless you are an experinced campaigner in Vietnam, not worth the effort either.
I know Bien Hoa isn't much for a tourist destination but I plan on a trip there in late August or September. I'd appreciate any intel and/or experiences.

In Nha Trang, you will be approached/pestered by locals asking if you want "massa" or "boom boom".
The major scene seems to be the massage parlors. Went to one with a moto-bike driver. There are many massage places, but I took him (with the higher commission prices) because I wanted a place where I wouldn't be jerked around (as much).
He took me to Massage Hong Bang on 118 Hong Bang. Standard massage parlor practice: you buy a ticket. It cost me 200K dong (driver probably got around 100K dong). Clerk knew what I wanted; she showed me 2 girls; they were OK. There were more girls around. I'm assuming not all girls give BJs (or FS). It seems that local guys were getting legitimate massages.
Took me to a room with chair and massage table; the door had a see thru window. Girl wanted 500K dong tip. I said OK (didn't feel like negotiating). Wondering what the real tip should be? She wanted the tip ahead of time. Of course I said no. She wanted to see the money, so I showed her my wallet.
BJ was lousy. She would stop whenever somebody passed by the door. She tried to hide that she was giving a BJ. She tried to rush me. Lousy service. But I guess that any BJ isn't that bad. LOL!
Previous Experiences couple of years ago:
Went to that massage parlor in the large hotel close to the Cyclo bar. Ticket was 80K. Semi-ugly girl. She first asked for a ridiculous amount. I think I paid her 400K or 500K. Good service.
Went to a massage parlor on Hung Vuong? Place is now closed. After paying the ticket, girl wanted the money first. I said after. She said no and left. I got ripped off.
Went to the other massage parlor in the large hotel on either Hung Vuong or T Hung Dao (? can't remeber exact location; you see it on the left side if you take the number 3 or 5 bus, about a kilometer away from the white bar area - the area around Crazy Kim and the Red Apple bar). After I paid the ticket, she asked for 800K dong for a hand job. I left.
I still don't like the Vietnam scene. Too much scams and headaches.
Mike, I've been there four times, all for business (fifth time this October). What you have to understand about Vietnam is it is a socialist country. Therefore, the government owns the airlines, major hotels (2*+) and just about everything else. There are few English-speakers. There are massage parlors but most have windows and can be monitored by police. The P4P scene is not like PI or BKK although you can get laid in Saigon, for example, if you go to the bars, especially on Hai Bin Trung and take her upstais for a BJ or outside to a 1* hotel for ST. You cannot take a girl back to your hotel if it is a 2* or above. It is against the law and the hotel staff will not allow it.
There are barber shops called hot tocs that have some real cuties and some of them have semi-private rooms for massage, HJ and possibly BJ.
The most luck I've had getting laid in HCMCity is at the massage parlor in Saigon Star, Smiley's and quite a few freelancers at Apocalypse Now (although the music is too damn loud). I dated one girl from Apocalypse who gave me some of the best BJs in my life but then she started hitting me up for big bucks so I stopped seeing her. There are also lovely non-pros in the cafes, exercising early in the parks, the markets and some real busty beauties waitressing at Tram Chim on 303 Dien Bien Phu. Some of them are stunningly beautiful but it is rare if they speak English!
Never been to Da Nang but been several times to Vung Tau. There are bars there you can get laid as easy as HCMC. Also been to Mui Ne and Nha Trang. Beautiful beaches and you can get laid but not so easy. Mostly tourists so better to bring your own IMO.
I'm sure other mongers will have additional thoughts/reactions to this.

Green Bud I posted afew months ago about some great BJ spots for 100k total in NT. No problem whatsoever. Go in, deed is done, pay after...100k. Just afew girls but if none strike your fancy move on to the next shop, very little hassle and lots of little surprises.

Le Hong Phoung is a long street.
Le Hong Phoung is a few kilometers away from the foreign bar area; the street is definitely local; didn't see any meter taxis on that street; local bus number 1 runs that street.
Saw numerous hot tocs spread across the long street. Went to one of them; they were 2 side by side; one girl a piece; they seemed to share the hot tocs.
But the girls were older and fatter than the girls at Massage Hong Bang. No A/C. Somewhat dirty.
The girl didn't discuss price initially. After the girl started the BJ, she said 150K dong for body massage. I said no; she continued. After finishing, I gave her 200K dong (I know I overpaid, but she did absolutely everything I asked her to do).
As we talked, she said it was 100K for massage and 100K for BJ. Didn't believe her. It seems it is correct what you said; the local price is 100K dong.
But as a foreignor, we are charged the foreignor surcharge. The girls always seems to ask for more. It's hard for me to be like JD and throw her the money, laugh and leave. I didn't do it this time, but I normally negotiate beforehand. Some ex-pats advise against this, but I think it is better to have a little drama at the beginning, rather than a lot of drama at the end.
I don't like shack brothels. I did this just for the experience; I took one for the team. This is probably my first and last shack brothel experience for this year.
