I'm in Oxacaca for a few days and wanted to see if anyone knew about the pricing for the girls for any other clubs that isn't baraimas. I was looking at some older posts and found out some places don't exist and I don't think street girls are charging 400 FS (Could be wrong but that's why I'm asking).
Also helpful if there's something places I can look at, otherwise imma good out for Hong Kong Tijuana.
Welcome to Toluca; a city with at least 637 churches, plazas, pricy chicas, great food, and the slowest people I've ever encountered! My first thought was the people walked so damn slow because of the high elevation, 8727 freaking feet! They truly walk like they were walking and napping at the same time.
But it's not just the people, it's also all the drivers in cars, Ubers, and taxis. It's like they were driving Flintstone vehicles; it was just plain weird!
Toluca is a very conservative city and everybody, including children, wore masks inside and outside! I just followed the others and did the same thing. This city is very hard to describe.
Why Toluca?
I'm starting to travel once again and part of my goal is to travel to every state in Mexico.
Note: I flew to Taluca out of Tijuana and back only using my passport card. Passport book is not required!
All the money I quote is in pesos, unless you see the dollar sign.
I used CBX from Otay to the Tijuana airport and back; I highly recommend CBX. CBX round trip was around 36 bucks. CBX has grown a lot in the last two years. So many damn cars and travelers. Because it was a Friday morning, CBX was packed with travelers. NOW, I recommend filling out the FMM at CBX. I had a couple of problems recently with filling out the FMM online, printing it, and trying to use it at immigration.
Also the immigration line was quite long and many felt the need to cut the line because, "They believe they are the last Coco-Cola in the desert. " I learned that phrase from my online teacher in Venezuela. CBX is becoming a fucking zoo!
Getting there:
I flew Volaris round trip to Mexico City for around $300, because there are no direct flights to Toluca. To get to Toluca, my choices were by bus, taxi, or Uber from Mexico City. I have not been on a bus since that short bus incident on the way to grade school. So first I tried Uber.
There is an Uber pick up spot for terminal 1 outside of gate 4. The first 2 I tried accepted and cancelled once they realized where I was going; I saw both of them drive by! The third Uber stopped and we put my suitcase in the trunk. After we got in the car, he realized where I was going. He then stopped and showed me this little white square thingy and explained he was not able to drive out of range.
Thus, I got out and heading to the taxi counter in the airport. I ended up paying $90 to go to Toluca. It was Friday afternoon and it took 2 hours or more. And it was raining like hookers in Hong Kong!
On the way back, my hotel set me up with a driver. It was Sunday, less traffic, and it took about an hour. AND he only charged me $40; I gave him a nice tip.
I got to the Tijuana airport late because of the long line at CBX and immigration. I only used the VIP lounge returning home in Terminal 1 at the Mexico City airport; it cost around $33 bucks.
Getting around town:
I used taxis and Ubers while I was there; both were cheap. BUT getting a cab or Uber in the evening was very difficult! They are seriously a big bunch of pussies! During the day, trying to wave down a cab was also difficult! But when I did not need a pinche taxi during the day, there were at least 372 available!
Hotel:
I stayed at the Fiesta Inn Central in the center of the city. I was in a Junior Suite on the highest floor for around $100 per night. I thought the hotel was built in the 19th century, but I looked it up and it was built in 2008; I'm throwing the red bullshit flag on this one! Primary because the rooms seemed out of date and the hotel was a bit run-down. Seriously, when I opened my room door, it smelled like my grandmother. NOT my grandmother's house, but just like my grandmother!
I paid around $200 for two nights. It was a very nice hotel with a restaurant, bar, spa, and then some. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I do not know if the place was "Girl friendly" or not. I did not try to bring a girl to my room. But, I did see a hooker leaving from the elevator after I checked in on Friday afternoon.
Communication:
I have the North American T-Mobile plan, so calls, texts, and the using internet were included. I used Google maps quite a bit.
Restaurants:
I did a lot of research before I left and here are my thoughts on the food scene:
Restaurants:
Casa de la Troje Excellent.
Apapacho Excellent.
Nortesur Outstanding.
Spanish:
Because Toluca is not a gringo destination, none to very little English is spoken. There was only one person at the hotel that spoke English and nobody in the restaurants. This also includes the taxi and Uber drivers.
The mongering scene:
This city was difficult to get information about the venues; it took me a bit to figure things out. I started out with 12 clubs on my list; only ended up going to 9.
Strip / table dance clubs:
In each club, I asked several questions and did my best to write the answers on my NEW trusty note pad. Thus, if I am wrong with any of my notes, feel free to correct me. Because I drank various things in the clubs, I just wrote down the price of the cheapest beer. The fichas were various prices; I am quoting the lowest ficha price.
Club: Angels.
Cover: none.
Beer: 120.
Ficha: 230.
Sex: 5000 for 1 hour.
On site: Yes.
Number of chicas: Pinche 0! I was told there were at least 13.
Quality of chicas: Not a fucking clue!
Night / Time: Friday /9.
Comments: I got all my information from the manager because there were no chicas on site. I waited for at least 30 minutes while sipping my drink. I finally saw one chica come in, but she turned out to be the cleaning lady!
Club: H Club.
Cover: 1100, WTF?
Night / Time: Friday /9:45.
Comments: I'm not sure what exactly happened. But the two dudes outside stopped me from entering, they were pinche rude as well! They told me the cover was 1100. When I asked why, they rattled on in Spanish. Maybe it was a lost in translation, or they didn't like gringos.
After these two first clubs I thought this crap would continue; but it didn't.
Club: Exxxcalibur.

Sex: 8000 for 1 hour (fuck me to tears! Which included one bottle of champagne.

Quality of chicas: very good to quite hot.

Comments: I was able to grope ass for a buck, thus, I liked this club. It's a nice big club with great eye candy. I asked the manager, "What if I don't want the champagne, would it be cheaper?" His answer was simple, "No."
Club: Erotic (previously Potas).
Cover: none.

Ficha: 297, just round it up to 300 for christ's sake!
Sex: 5000 for 1 hour.

Quality of chicas: good to very good.
Night / Time: Friday /11.
Comments: Huge club and good fun to boot. The place does need more chicas, just because of the size of the place. When I got there at 11, most of the chicas were already drunk and had trouble walking and standing.
I played my own little game called, "Which puta would take a dive first?" My puta let me down and only serpentine the entire time. But, there was one that came through and took a dive on the stairs! Yes, I know, I have a strange way of entertaining myself.
Club: Safari (same club as Golden Private).
Cover: none.
Beer: 60.
Ficha: 260.
Sex: 5000 for 1 hour.

Number of chicas: very good to "Hot damn".
Quality of chicas: 15.

Comments: Great looking club with many hot chicas. My mesero brought a girl over, and usually I would wave off the mesero. But, this was a drop-dead beautiful blond hottie! During my time with her, it was her turn to dance on stage. When she went sin ropa on stage, she was even more beautiful! After her dance, she returned to my side. At that point, she presented her goodies and I was as happy as a drunken sailor in Subic Bay for the first time (I only say that from experience).
Then I asked her about going upstairs for sex and that's when she broke my heart. She told me she stopped having sex in the club six months ago because of her religion! I said, "Wait a fucken minute (somehow in Spanish), you mean to tell me your religion allows you to work in a sex club, dance on stage nude, and lets me play with your goodies?" Her reply was simple, "Si. " I was dumbfounded!
Club: Princess.

Ficha: 200.
Sex: 5000 for 1 hour.

Comments: Very nice club, but the chicas were just OK. The chica that sat with me said for the 5000, everything would be sin condom! I passed and moved on.

Comments: Another large great club and as I did in Exxxcalibur, I asked about the bottle of champagne; got the same answer.

Comments: I really liked this place! Getting into this club was a bit treacherous because I had to go through a couple of poorly lit, nasty, and debris ridden rooms. Then I had to climb some rickety stairs. And finally, I found the entrance!
The only way to describe this place is it's a very small version to Bar Gloria in Tijuana. Girls dance with clients in their panties and some type of clothing to cover their tits. It seemed to be a local hangout and when I arrived the girls were all paired up with their clients. I stayed for a bit and decided to move on to another club. I got up and went to the bar to ask for my check. The manager woke up and quickly made it over to me. Shortly after, three girls were circling the wagon (me). These girls were just sitting and partying with the local clients; I knew how it could turn out so I said my goodbyes, but only after I groped and tipped the three chicas!
Club: Harem (not like the ones throughout Mexico).
Cover: none.
Beer: 50.
Ficha: 60.
Sex: it was around 1000 for an hour.
On site: no, need to go to a hotel.
Number of chicas: 20.
Quality of chicas: it hard to say, there were all shapes, sizes, and qualities mixed in this club.
Night / Time: Saturday /1:30.
Comments: This club was a large red two story building. As soon as we entered the parking lot, I could hear the loud Banda music. Thus, it appeared to be another local hangout and I was good with that.
There were plenty of chicas sitting around and they were waiting for something to happen. I came in and went to the back of the club and took a seat at one of the opened tables. I asked the mesero what happens in this club. He explained if I pay 200, one of the girls would keep me company for an hour. So, I saw a real cutie sitting at a table with two not so cuties. I half-assed wave her over and she came to my table and sat down. Her drink was 60.
She was really timid at first, but after a couple of beers, all was OK in her world. When she first sat down, she told me she had a boyfriend, so sex with her was not possible. But 45 minutes later after we discussed where my tongue would explore her orifices; she no longer had a boyfriend and wanted to go to the hotel ASAP! I awoken and realized I had a flight the next day, and it was past 3 in the morning, and I think I drank too much tequila; so I passed on going to the hotel. I had a great time in that club!
My favorite high-end clubs: Exxxcalibur and Eden.
My favorite low-end clubs: Mansion and Harem.
There were a few clubs that were closed or changed names:
Harem closed the regular club that you see throughout Mexico. I found a different one.
Deseo closed.
Mamitas closed.
LOS Pelos is now Erotic.
Safari and Golden Private are the same club.
There were three other places I wanted to check out, but no one knew of them so I just gave up at a certain point:

Papuito Mamitas.
Street scene:
I asked several drivers, "Donde estan las chicas de la calle?" They all knew of only one area in the city. The street is called, "Puente San Mateo. " The cross street is Atenco. I was told the hours were from 4 to midnight. One of my Uber drivers and I headed there around 7 on Saturday evening and we searched, and searched again, but we never saw a street girl. Maybe we were too early. Seeing how I had other places to go, we left and never returned.
Final thoughts on Toluca:
It was a seeking putas and eating great food trip. I thought the city was safe and I never felt threaten in any manner. Would I recommend it to other mongers? If you have money to blow; go for it! Otherwise Tijuana will do just fine.
Would I ever return to Toluca? No, I still have many cities left to explore in Mexico.

Well as usual your trip reports are the most informative and full of great intel. It's funny that for being what you considered a conservative city how many bars they had. I wonder how much that has to do with the strict rules of CDMX. From info I've gotten from a girl l know living in CDMX they are also still strict with the mask thing so it may just carryover to Toluca as well. I was tempted to go to Toluca when I visited CDMX during COVID since it was only like 70 miles but just didn't have the time.
I had known it had a good bar scene because a girl from GDL went to work since it was one of the only places in Mexico that had open bars during the early days of COVID. Unlike places in GDL or Tijuana that we're hiding being open. She was highly disappointed in the type of clients and only worked one night after getting in a fight with the manager. I didn't see the bar she worked at mentioned in your report so it seems that the city has lots of places to visit.
I hope some of the guys from the Tijuana board read your report and stop complaining about how expensive Tijuana is and that HK or the girls are ripping them off. They have no idea how expensive these places are in the rest of Mexico and that the girls might complain about HK for making the girls actually work to help the bar make money instead of taking at least half of what the girls make for having sex.
I look forward to more of your reports on other places you visit in Mexico. I like GDL and CDMX but would like to visit some other areas.
I dunno, I take these reports of his with a grain of salt. It's difficult to believe that so many of the clubs he reports on charge twice as much as the going price in Tijuana or more. In 2022, the median salary in MX is $30-40 k pesos, so 3 k to 7 k+ for a single pop in one of these clubs sounds like a stretch to me. I also can't recall a recent report where he mentions actually getting that pop, so he may just be getting smoke blown up his nethers. In Toluca, $7 k is equal to the rent for a nice apartment in Centro.

If you only know the bars in Tijuana you don't know how most bars in Mexico work and why a lot of girls go to Tijuana. All of these bars or strip clubs in Mexico make money off the girls. They get at least half of what the girl makes. Thus the reason that they try to sell bottles of champagne instead of small beers like Tijuana. The prices are ridiculous but only a small amount of them partake. Most guys just go inside to watch the girls strip and maybe tip them or buy a few drinks. If they really want to do anything they would try to see the girl after work so they don't pay so much. Well I wouldn't pay that much to go with the girl in the club either so he's just smart not to partake and just provide us with great intel.
Well talking about what the median salary in Mexico is seems irrelevant, like I said most guys don't take the girls in the club. With Toluca being so close to CDMX I'm sure they have plenty of business men.

It is a large metropolitan city that has a lot to offer. The city had very few churches, but a lot of great food and a lot of tasty women!
Leon is not a conservative city; it is unlike Toluca and San Luis Potos. Very few people in the city wore masks, unless they worked with clients; like hotel staff and taxi / Uber drivers.
Why Leon?
I'm still slowly working my way through each state in Mexico.

I used CBX from Otay to the Tijuana airport and back; I highly recommend CBX. CBX round trip was around 40 bucks. CBX prices are seasonal. They have a low season, regular season, and high season. I crossed during the regular season. Lately, I have been filling out the FMM at home. I complete the form, print it out, and get through immigration without any issues. You can also get the FMM completed at CBX with assistance; if needed.
After clearing immigration at the Tijuana airport, I decided to skip the VIP lounge (it was too damn early) and headed straight to my assigned gate. Returning, there was a VIP lounge after security upstairs near gate three. The cost was 690 and it had some decent chow and drinks.
Getting there:
I flew Volaris round-trip to Leon. This trip, both flights were on time; what a concept? My best guess is it was because both flights were in the morning and Volaris did not have enough time to fuck things up!
Getting around town:
The taxi to the hotel from the airport cost 430. It took around 20-25 minutes to the hotel. Returning, I took an Uber and the cost was 290.
I mostly used Ubers during my stay, as well as a couple of taxis. I found one Uber driver my first afternoon and he hung with me during my two nights of exploring all the nasty, but really fun stuff!
Hotel:
I stayed at the HS HOTSPOT on Blvd. Adolfo Lopez Mateos. It was a bit pricy, but worth every penny in my opinion. I am not sure if the hotel was girl friendly because I did not try to bring a girl to my room. I highly recommend this hotel.
Communication:
I have the North American T-Mobile plan; nuff said.
Restaurants:

BTW, the street food was abundant in El Centro!

Comments: This was a very large and nice club with many chicas to choose from. I could not pass up the 15 minute blowjob. The area for the blow jobs was a hoot. It reminded me of a run downed x-rated book store with decrepit booths.
I loved the small nasty booths. They were quite small and each one had a half-ass curtain that only covered part of the booth. Each booth had two chairs. I sat in one, but my chica opted out of the chair and went down on her knees during the extravaganza.

Comments: This was the most disappointing club I visited. The music was blaring and I couldn't hear a damn thing! The place was just dark and loud. The chicas did not seem friendly at all. Skip this club!

Comments: This was a great little club. All the girls presented themselves with their name and a small kiss. One of the hotties decided to go with full-blown tongue on me; she became my favorite quickly! There was a chica working the parking lot and when I got out of the car, she gave me a big hug and kiss. Thus, I just had to go inside and see the rest of the chicas! The chicas were a blast and the staff was very friendly. This was one of my favorite clubs during my trip. It was pricy, but I liked it anyway.

Comments: This club was the closes to the airport, thus, there were a lot more male clients. I had a hottie sit next to me and we chatted for around 30 minutes while she nursed her drink; I enjoyed that. It was yet, another good club.

" Once they soaked it all in, they resumed drinking.

Comments: This was the surprised club of my trip and it seemed to be in the middle of nowhere! It was a huge and stunning place; I've never seen a club like this one. If they had more chicas dancing, I would have stayed the entire night! This is clearly a "Must see" club!
Street scene:
This city was easy to research about the clubs, but I could not gather any information about the street scene until I got there!
First off, there were no women standing or walking on the streets and sidewalks. The only sex providers on the streets and sidewalks were transsexuals; and they were abundant in numbers! Thus, it appeared there were no street girls! If I am wrong, please chime in. Instead, there were motels and three dumpy places where the chicas shared their goodies.
The first area my driver took me to was on Malecon del Rio, cross street El Bordo around 7:30 pm on Saturday. It was on dumpy road that runs along the freeway. On that dumpy road, there were three dumpy places side by side. Each place seemed dumpier than the last.
I was looking in one of the dumpy places and a chica came out to meet me at the dumpy entrance, there was no door to be found. She explained the cost was 800 for 30 minutes. So off we went to start the festivities!
She had the same rules as a regular street girl; two positions, no pictures, and so on. After our wonderful love session, we discussed heading to Vegas to become a loving couple, but she did not have any documents. It was truly a sad moment in my life. Once in the room I saw five chicas, from OK to good. The good one explained how it worked in the motel. She told me the price was 900 for 30 minutes. I thought about taking the plunge, but I still had other places to explore.
After we explored a couple more clubs, we went to Motel Los Pinos on Blvd. Juan Jose Torres Landa, Saturday around midnight. This place was a hoot! In the opened motel doorways, there were one to three chicas waiting for clients. And there were several doors opened.
I walked around and checked the prices and the quality of the chicas. The chicas were average to good. The cost was 840 to 900 for 30 minutes. I chatted with a somewhat chunky chica. She had a great attitude and was very inviting. I spend around 40 minutes with her for 840. It was money well spent!
The next place we stopped was Motel Saint Michel on Blvd. Venustiano Carranza 115. It was around 1 and the place was just like Motel LOS Pinos. There were less chicas and opened doors. But there were enough chicas to keep anyone busy. I did not partake because I was exhausted and threw in the towel.
Final thoughts on Leon:
It was a seeking putas and eating great food trip. I thought the city was safe and I never felt threaten in any manner. Would I ever return to Leon? No, I still have many cities left to explore in Mexico. Would I recommend it to other mongers? Yes, there were several monger venues in the city. It would worthwhile to go and explore the city! I had a blast!

Wish I could include some "fun" with local girls but does not sound like that will be very feasible from the reports I read. For the record, the reason TomJackin never mentioned the city of Guanuato in his report is probably because this is also the name of the state where the city of Leon and the city of Guananto are located. My guess is also that TomJackin knows quite well how dismal the prospect are in the city of Guanuato as well.

I don't recall the food being all that memorable either. The nightlife is virtually non-existent, which is odd for a university town. It's a pretty city located deep inside a valley bowl surrounded by mountains and has many beautiful buildings constructed during the Porfirio Diaz era but beyond that, there is no reason for us to go.

OK so I was bored this weekend, all my honies in GDL are busy with family / holiday bullshit and I like to get out to drive around and explore. I decided to take a trip to San Miguel de Allende since I've never been, and check out a couple small towns on the way. I stayed in Irapuato because it shortened my daily driving distance and has a decent selection of hotels.
Irapuato is like a smaller, dustier Leon or Morelia. Not much going on, surrounded by farms and industry. I drove from Gdl, about 3.5 hours each way including a gas / bathroom stop. I highly recommend getting a televia toll tag and loading it at oxxo if you are going on a Mexican autopista road trip.
I stayed at the Hotel Hottson, I highly recommend. Around 50 bucks a night for king bed w / terrace, free mini bar (they even restock it for you daily) with sodas and 2 beers! I didn't bring any girls in but it seems mildly chica friendly, they'll just register the girl and let her up. Or you can bring her in from the garage and straight up in the elevator if you need to be discreet.
Ubers are plentiful, 70-100 p will get you around town. Of course late at night my 75 p early evening ride turned into 120 p, pero asi es.
Restaurants? Skip 'them, LOL. Just get some roadside tacos.
Anywaaayyyyy. . . The mongering!
There are definitely options for mongering in Irapuato. Nothing really great, but if you're stuck there for business or just passing thru, there is p4 p available.
Escorts. . . Typical bait and switch (I talked to some on mileroticos but never followed thru). Various love motels where they can meet you. 1000-1500 p / HR. I did find some local non-pros on smaller, obscure escort sites but didn't have time to fully develop anything.
Casas. . . I'm sure there are discreet places but didn't have time to find any. An uber driver mentioned knowing of some casas and unofficial strip clubs but said they can be dangerous.
Street action. . . Yes, there is definitely very reliable street action. Av 1 er de Mayo and Calle Bolivar is where the paraditas hang out. There are a couple of motels and every time I drove by there were 10-12 chicas hanging around. Nothing great as far as quality but doable in a pinch. Mostly 30- and 40-something chunky senoras but a couple maybe late 20's as well. Typical SG pricing 2-300 p for a quickie and 500 p for media hora desnuda.
This area is walkable during the day but under no circumstances would I walk around there at night, even though it is only 3 blocks from the Caballo Negro strip club. I drove by at like 10.30 p and there was not a soul walking on the street, only the putas hanging out on their little puta island in the desolate sea of industrial nothingness. It's an industrial area right up against the train tracks. . . So you can imagine what it's like at night. However, my uber drivers gladly took me by there and one was pretty aggressive in pulling over and talking to the chicas, jaja. So I don't think you'd have a problem even grabbing one in an Uber or just rolling thru, negotiating and then popping out into the motel for a quickie.
Strip clubs! I think there are only two officially operating right now, Caballo Negro and Canarios (Mandragora Night Club Canarios).
Caballo Negro. More upscale club of the two. Decent facilities, like a 2nd tier Tijuana club. Arrived 10.15 p, had the place damn near to myself. Started to pick up around 11 p (typical for mx strip clubs).
Cover - 80 p.
Ficha - 395 p (ouch); 3 ficha bottle 1250 p (ouch).
Cerveza nacional - 90 p.
Chicas. About a dozen total, mostly in the 4-6 range, I saw two 7's. They're lazy as FKK, I was there for 2+ hours and only about 4 danced on the stage. Typical 2 song dance where they get naked on the 2nd song, but these flojeras only got topless for the last 30 seconds of the 2nd song.
Sexo. Yes, in house, 5.000 p (thanks but no thanks).
Ambiance. Music mostly banda and nortena and boring shit like that, not good for chicks getting naked and dancing around. A dude staring throwing up at his table (with 2 buddies and 3 chicks) and they just brought him a bucket to yak in LOL, nbd. Was pretty boring overall.
Canarios. Much better ambiance. Facilities more run down. Couches in horrible shape, rickety cheap metal tables. Again arrived 10.15 p, I was the first customer. But within 20 minutes there were about ten more clientes.
Cover - 50 p.
Ficha - 200 p for a single, 400 p for a double, botella 1200 p.
Cerveza nacional - 65 p.
Chicas. Again about a dozen, but better quality than Caballo Negro. Mostly 6-7's (doable). They actually danced on the stage! Again I was there about 2.5 hours and I think I saw every chick dance on the stage. Again, the usual 2 song dance, topless for like the 2nd half of the 2nd song.
Sexo. Yes, in house, I was quoted 2000 and 2500 p by two chicks, +500 for the "room" LOL. The "room" . . . A curtained off area with a threadbare sillon, no lights, on the 2nd floor of the club where they store all the shit from the previous iteration of this venue as a restaurant. . . 15 years ago! I can't believe they charged me 500 p for the room, LOL, I had to put my jacket over the sillon just to have somewhere to do the damn deed. Yes I took one up for 2500 p just because I didn't want my trip to Irapuato to be a total bust (pun intended). I highly do not recommend going up to the "room" in this venue. You'll be better off just talking to the chicas, getting whatsapp and continuing outside the club.
Ambiance. More lively and more fun than Caballo Negro. Both clubs you can smoke inside (unlike fkkn Colombia) which is a big point for me as I smoke puros. This club had no curtain covering the front door! Anybody walking or driving by could just look inside and see naked chicks grinding on dudes, and cold air was just rushing right in. Not sure what management is thinking, not having a curtain over the door.
Bottom line on the clubs is they're decent places to just chill for a while to smoke / drink / play around but sex in the clubs doesn't appear to be very common. Preferable to go 11 pm-2 am.
TLDR; Irapuato has options for mongering but none of them are really attractive. Obviously not a mongering destination but if you are just passing through you can grab a street girl, hit up a late night club or escort if you are in dire need.
