Though I'm not a urologist but can share my experience with you, how it helps. Kegel are good exercise and should be done on daily basis if one has PE problem it really helps in controlling ejaculation but results are visible after a month or two. I was facing PE problem too and was very embarrassed to get physical with any woman. For controlling ejaculation one needs to physically (by kegel) and psychologically train our mind. STD such as Herpes and Superbug can spread through CIM / BBBJ as both involves similar act up to ejaculation part.
HIV / AIDS Highly unlikely unless both parties involved in act has open wound or skin where blood can conceive.

I am regular reader of this forum and posted few reports of MP visit. Had deep mouth kiss with Thai therapist on July 1st week, after two days I had cold and fever. When tested Doctor said Lymphocyte are more so I am carrying Virus and infection. The medicine didn't work, three days back I hot blisters on my upper lips and having body pain and tiredness. Please advice if you know any better doctor in Bangalore. I didn't had any intercourse, only mouth kiss for a minute and boob sucking.
I am dead scared now, please guide me what should I do? Is there any possibility that I have infected with HSV.
