Thanks in advance[/QUOTE]Not easy to rent motorcycle in Mada, because there is not a lot of them for rent, but oth public transportation is cheap and plentiful Do you speak french? Better be because english is a mostly unknow language there.

There is a special fare on the trip to Mada from Paris with air france if you reserve before 9 October or so 812 euros all tax included.

For Zoran,

Definitely try to pick up in Tulear. There are a few clubs along the beach stretch to score "semi-pros". Mad is a funny place, outside of Nosy Be or Tana with the most hard core pros, it's all on kind of a "gift / Cadeau" after the deed.

Even in high season, Ifaty action is very thin. Mostly country girls that are friends of bell boys and domestics. Rough hands that had been farming and really not much to speak of (3-4's).

There were a couple of decent Motorbike rental that had dual sport bikes for rent in town., check with hotel reception for details.

Caution: The ride from Tulear to Ifaty has a few long sandy stretches that can be tricky riding two up.

Job permitting I will go in Mada the next month for a 30-days holiday and on my way to Tulear, I’ll stop for a couple of nights also in Fianarantsoa. A last question went in my mind. Condoms over there are good and safe ?

Contact RastaJean in Morondava. Has his own bar/hotel (Oasis? can't remember exact name -- I stay at "chez Maggie" in Nosy Kely). He can hook you up with tours, motos, and other good things ;)
He will often ask a high initial price, but don't hesitate to negotiate the price down; that's normal commerce in Madagascar.
Walk the beach and/or hang out on the main street downtown, and you will have the opportunity to make many new friends :)

Here my first report of two weeks Madagascar adventure.

Arrived in Tana with Air France at about 9.30 pm and had no problem at immigration and baggage claim. Then the usual hassle with the taxi drivers. Found one that brought me to the city for 15 K Ariary. Checked in in Hotel Mellis. Safety deposit was already closed at that time, so hided my valuables and went on the street. I opted for a quick finding in the enclosed SW area. This was in fact not very difficult. Dozens of girls wanted to give me a massage. I approached myself one who was walking somewhere because I liked her appearance much more than all others. She agreed to spend the night with me. The deposit of her ID showed that she is 25 years old and she told me that she has one child, which was not really visible on her body. We went together into the shower and cleaned each other. Then up to the bed where she started immediately with a skilled BBBJ. Later on we moved to a FJ where it was me who insisted on the condom. At 15000 Ar, Sumart paid about 1/2 the asking price of the certified taxis at the Ivato Airport. He must have found a hungry free-lancer because the price is usually fixed higher in the certified ones (~25000-30000 ariary). I guess it pays to negotiate ;)

just curious. Sumart sad that the girl responded to 20 K Ariary as small. This is about 11 US dollars and of course even less Pouunds and euros. That having been said. What is the going (average) rate for stunners?

Everything is negotiable, but I've had to go as high as 100,000 Ar (still <$50) for beautiful Asian-looking (presumably Imerina or metisse) young women for an overnight/next morning longtime. 50K is pretty standard for overnighters in Tana, usually a little less in other cities and the countryside. SW can still be found for 20K even in Tana.
