One option for English Speaker
Any recommendation on good escort agency with English speaking operator? I am traveling to Bogota next week and I want to try the Escort sites, looking for decent site speaking English is a huge plus.
Thanks
You might want to try eroticasbogota.com. They have an email address on the site and are pretty responsive to it, so you can complete the whole reservation by email. This allows you to use Google translate if you're not a Spanish speaker.
Additional comments on security etc.
Thanks to the moderators for suggesting TransMilenia buses as a cheap alternative to taxis. Tried that today and I end up wandering North and South just to see the scenery. The lines are difficult for tourists to understand or navigate. Will try again tomorrow for Santa Fe.
Today, tried the first Mezzaninie massage shop on the left. This time I spent COP100 K for completo. Should have negotiate and there is no price or service schedule on the wall like No. 8 described before. Never mind. These shops do provide a safe and secure source of release in Bogota and I am grateful for it.
Some words on security. Two days ago a young and old pair pretended to be a tourist and policeman. The latter even showed me some sort of Police ID. After testing me out, the older gentleman asked to see my passport, saying might be I was in possession of drug or got into Colombia illegally. I patted him on the shoulder, said gracias, smiled and walked away. That was right in front of the Andino Centro Comercial, when I was searching for a beer. So be careful and do not take too much variables when walk about. These scams happen frequently in South America in general, I was told.
Remember they were trying to scam me and the whole things depends on my cooperation, believing in him being a policeman. No violence was attempted and it was not a robbery. May be I was lucky to be able to just walk away. If violence was involved however, I would have just emptied my pocket, given them what they wanted and then walked away, hopefully.
Adios,

First question.
Where is the best place to exchange cash you $ dollars in Bogota. Bogota locals say near the Gold Museum you get the best exchange rates. In Medellin the Airport provided the best exchange rate.
Second question.
Is there any mongering in Candelaria district.
