The local expats only buy from other expats. This was widely reported in the papers in Australia a few years back.

For weed in SE Asia, you need to go to Cambodia or Saigon. Weed laws are generally not enforced. But quality is bad. Not really worth smoking.

Only motorcycle tracks. In modern day that changes since the Island is now developed. So I think going to Cambodia is the right advice.

Thanks.[/QUOTE]If I needed to be at the airport at 11.30 AM (presumably this is not your flight departure time) on 26th, given the traffic uncertainty that might occur on that day, I would get in a taxi at my hotel near Terminal 21 at 10.30.

Or get a taxi to Makkasan station and get the Airport Rail Link to be sure of on time arrival.
