The local expats only buy from other expats. This was widely reported in the papers in Australia a few years back.

I don't smoke, weed or anything, I already have enough expensive vices and don't need any more.

For weed in SE Asia, you need to go to Cambodia or Saigon. Weed laws are generally not enforced. But quality is bad. Not really worth smoking.

One is that you are sentenced to jail, and then you are released early on the king's or queen's birthday and then are kicked out of the country. The other thing I heard is that after you are arrested, you are kicked out of the country. Not sure which occurs. Only motorcycle tracks. In modern day that changes since the Island is now developed. So I think going to Cambodia is the right advice.

I tried it on Koh Chang since all the girls in my party were doing it. I found no noticeable results at all, so not being a smoker, I gave it away quickly enough. Or get a taxi to Makkasan station and get the Airport Rail Link to be sure of on time arrival.
