I hit Pattaya about two months ago for a quick 3 day weekend visit and had no trouble getting BBFS with creampie.
I had 6 sessions with ladies, 4 of them 20 yo or less, and 4 of them on Soi 6, with one from a Soi3 bar late night, the other thru TF, and I easily scored 5 BBFS with CIP.

There was a place on Soi 6 selling ok pizzas. Like so many places selling ok stuff it's now closed (or has been most of the time). I now go to Pizzaria Toscana on Beach road or to Bella Italia on 2nd road.

Here's what I would do if I were you (60+).
Follow my advice and don't negotiate for BBFS+CIP at anytime before you are in the room in the act (Important). Just expect it!
If the girl stops you from sticking it in without a condom and demands it, tell her you don't have one. If she has one (which many do), say something like, "can we do it without?
Many will give in, but if she says no and is adamant about using one, tell her you will give her extra money or a tip.
Remember! The Asians have a culture of negotiating and almost anything can be had for a price.
