It might sound a bit harsh what you wrote, but I get your point.
You tell the GP what you want, what's going to be included in the session (BBBJ, anal etc), number of pops and the time. If she's OK with that you agrees on the price.
If the girl doesn't fulfill the deal or tries to raise the price it's very bad manners. That's unacceptable.

Some of the humans you refer to over there act very differently. While some are great, others are dishonest, some are thieves, and others come with bad attitudes.

I agree. I do not treat all girls the same. But the girls on Atlantica have changed. Once you make your price up front for what you wanted then both parties would agree or disagree. But to change the deal in the middle of the program is purely dishonest. Then I see her at the beach and she asks me to take her again as if it as perfectly alright. Too many mongers reward bad behavior. Such gdp see nonBrazilians as stupid gringos, and the Balcony girls are displaying this with dishonest behavior. On my Jan-Feb 2010 trip I found a beautiful 22 year old morena who comes from around Maracana stadium. We agreed on R$150 at 6pm. But she must be able to catch her last bus. We spent a long-time in my apartment. When we were done, she missed her last bus. When I showered, she already changed the sheets and pillow cases on the bed. Maybe 'these girls' is a bit general, but you pulled a vulture and had to re-trench.
Of course, one tries to find a decent honest working girl before making the decision to take her back. Not perhaps the easiest of prospects in the hurly burly of Balcony. It is never OK to use violence to get what you want with a woman. No means no. There is no gray area.
Sperto puts it best when he says to "just pick the right ones." What was nice about Help and even outside was that you had a chance to size the girls up, even if you didn't speak Portuguese.
