In any bar, including the Golden Vine, there will always be some girls who are not present in the bar on any given day, either because they have been barfined early in the evening, or it is their day off, or they are sick, or they have been barfined for a few days holiday by a boyfriend. Also some only work a few hours each evening, especially if they already have a boyfriend overseas who is sending them money each month.
So, as you say, from a total of twenty-plus girls, on some nights there may only be ten to fifteen girls actually in the bar.
I was asking in each bar what the TOTAL number of girls was who worked there, to try and get an idea of the percentage of girls who will go out with customers.
In the Golden Vine there are three cashiers and three drinks mixers, none of whom will go out. So all of the girls on the customer side of the bar will go out, which is good news!

Non of the cashiers drinks mixers have caught my eye, but amongst the others there are a few hot gals. Is one of my favourite places in PP, and has been around for more than five years from my experience.
I will have to go to this place when I am in PP this summer.

After a long absence I will be in PP again in a few weeks. What do you guys currently recommend in terms of convenience, P4P, location, comfort between the two? I always stayed at the Sakura "MP" hotel, on Sangkat Chaktomuk, but they don't respond. Many thanks,

Any suggestions for a reliable Enduro 250cc or bigger motorcycle rental shop? I used to go to a place on Mongvon Blvd. But they seem to be out of business. Any new issues for renting a motorcycle, besides the now required Cambo license? Many thanks!

Last time I tried to go to Billabong to use their pool during the day, they said it was for hotel guests only, and I'd also learned that the hotel had gone non-girl-friendly. Anyone there now can verify if that's still true?
The best pool I was able to find was the one at the Phnom Penh Sports Club on the southwest side of town, a short walk from the Russian market. Very cheap entry fee there.
I think Cambodiana might have put in a new pool, but the one they had a few years ago when I went there was ridiculously tiny for such a large upscale hotel. Has anyone been there recently?
Billabong is still not girl friendly. I think Cambodiana has put in a new pool there are adds around the city for one of the cities hotels pools I will pay closer attention and report back.
