The only card you can use at most atm's is American Express.

Just for your info, for all you lucky ones in Tokyo-Maria will be leaving AM at the end of the month to pursue other interests, so you get to have one last dance before she leaves. Damn! I went to check out hte action at noon today. Unfortunately there was no action--at least in regards to the booth girls. The soupland touts were out in full force. I am asian and look Japanese--or so I am told--so they always hassle me. This time, however, I told 1 tout "Gaijin desu" he said "ok ok" According to other posts gaijin are not allowed--asian or not. Even central post offices seems to be shut by then.
