Usually genuine ones always agrees to this. If she denies, then my friend she is pulling her last act with you and probably will run away with your advance.

Thanks for your suggestion bro. Have negotiated for part advance and part after the deed. Also she seems to be genuinely willing as she was asking which hotel and rejected the cheaper option I suggested LOL.

Met this couple some days ago. Had a chat with he husband, it was a quick discussion. He is friendly and genuine, although he isn't comfortable with English, he prefers Hindi or Marathi.
