The problem is there'll probably be less than 5 active ones and 2 of them may be a 7 or and 8. My friend got one for 300,000 For 3 hours. 1. Offer 100-150 k, depending on how hard you want to work. You can start lower. Most will expect you to add 20 k for a taxi.
2. I ask how much they want. Cuanto quieres? How much do you want? My response is always "siempre pago" followed by the price I want to pay. Usually 150 k. Then it's just a matter of negotiating extra for the taxi.
Standard FB rate is 150k + taxi or 200 k no taxi.
If a girl insists on her price I thank her and tell her maybe another day. If a girl mentions dollars I tell her I have pesos not dollars. If a girl mentions an hour, I tell her I don't do time limits. I prefer to take my time.
I don't negotiate extras, services or anything else. I find that most will do BBBJ. Most will stay 2 or more hours. Most will do whatever I want.
If you have certain requirements get agreement in advance.
