Hey MakeorBreak. My intentions were not to belittle you and I am sure people could even manage with less than 5 k.

When I go party in Phuket my breakdown is as follows.

1. 5 k. Room.

2 k. Food (food is expensive).

4 to 5 k. Bottle service.

5 to 7 k. Lady.

From there, your experience will differ depending on what you want to do and what girl (s) are with you. The first time around I did the inclusive tours. Phi-phi island, etc. I enjoyed them all, but if they're not your cup of tea, the owner will give you a discount on your trip if you don't want to include them. The second time around I did different things with varying degrees of enjoyment. We went ATV-riding one day, but one of the girls didn't enjoy it at all. Another evening we went to see the Thai-boxing, which both girls enjoyed but I found a bit boring by the end. What you do at night varies as well. Some girls like to cook and hang around in the villa, but others like to eat out and go clubbing. Be heading to Patong and Kamala beach. Just wondering how the SW rates (I understand the SWs can be found on or around the beach roads?) compare with Sukhumvit and the Sois. Some folks mention Phuket prices being higher than BKK for some things, BFs for instance. Wondered if this also hold true for freelance SWs.

Seriously what do you eat in Thailand? 4 K is when I bring my GF and her friend with husband to the highest rated restaurant and pay the bill. 60 THB I pay for a normal dish but in areas like Patong that can climb to 200 THB.

Fun fact if you go inland 5000 THB will buy you 62 large Chang. I might be out of touch little but normally a bottle in a bar would hurt you 2000 and with inflation I would reckon up to 3000? What is it you prefer to drink?

Do you have photos of these 5-7 K ladies? I would love to see and understand. 5 K is not even the going rate where I stay which is the GDP (PPP) in SEA.

To the rest reading this forum I don't think you need to spend 19 K per day to have a good time or have a high quality experience. If you have the money do as you please but it is not my impression that the PP makes it worthwhile and I would recommend you to budget this elsewhere.

My last five cents is enjoy Phuket it is still a great place despite all it has become!

7th trip to Thailand, 2nd trip to Phuket, worst experience from my trip.

I've tried the soapies in BKK and Pattaya, and was in the mood for an afternoon session.

Lineup was nothing amazing but the girls looked good enough for a soapy massage parlor. I picked a girl that looked enthusiastic, it all went downhill from there.

Issues:

* Soapy lasted only 10 minutes.

* Service was rushed with her immediately complaining that I need to finish fast.

* Complaining continued, during sex asking "why I didn't finish from HJ?

* The girl kicked me out of the room only 25 minutes in to the 70 minute service. Literally said "you finish, you leave".

* Attitude was so poor that I was happy to leave.

I walked never to return. I read the poor reviews, but I'm starting to think they were being generous. I'll stick to the beer bars from now on. Night time was good and fun, didn't ruin my trip, but it was a waste of 3,300!

You are writing about a particular girl. Does not mean all girls there are equally bad. I have never used the Kristin place myself, because I always had a GF with me, except my very first Patong trip. However service varies a lot in soapies. Its largely about getting lucky. 20 to 30 years ago I seemed to be mostly lucky in Soapies (Bangkok) but in modern day, mostly unlucky. Still great girls exist, its just you can't tell in advance. I hate the surprise when girl gets undressed and her body turns out to be not good, or she was fucking gorgeous but does not kiss, no DATY, a bad useless BJ, and stiff legs (dick scared). It is not easy to win on all counts. I have had maybe only 10% repeatable girls only in recent years in Soapies. Long ago I had quite a few regulars in Soapies but not any more.

Overall, for sure the attitudes of soapy girls have declined badly over the years, or is it a reaction to me being older. Maybe a little of both.

Beer bars may well be a venue where you will get good attitude girls more frequently. However I don't use them any more myself. I mostly don't have the time, and they are too exposed to be being seen by people going past. Added to that I like to see the girls bodies a bit more before choosing.

Anyone know if the ATM bar in Chalong is still open, haven't been to Phuket for 4 years and from what I can remember that was one of the best bars in Chalong.

Can someone recommend some hotels near bangla road that are very girl friendly? Most girl friendly hotels are fine as long as you a solo traveler. I'm with the wife and we would like to bring a girl each back.

My friends has tried and mixed reviews as an outcome.

Looking at how they post it most likely is open.

Thanks.[/QUOTE]The R-Mar is awesome. Walkable to Bangla Rd but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. Really tucked in. You would never know it's there. Reasonably priced too.

Definitely girl friendly. They give you a card at check in that says "If you bring a girl back for the night, she is not entitled to the free breakfast" (LOL.

If you are bringing back two girls to your double room tho there could be a charge. They are very friendly so you could check ahead if you like.
