I had a NordVPN subscription. It was like $4/ month. You just log into the app and there is a map of servers worldwide. You choose the one you want to log into (outside the US) and login. All your traffic will go thru that server. It will be slower because it's having to go round trip thru that server so don't pick too far away.
Don’t know for sure but guessing u should be on Wi-Fi for this. I don’t know if there is any cell tower triangulation or something that might give away ur location otherwise.
Buenos Aires 1 month update
Tl; dr way more frustrating than it should be, but some gems to be found.
I arrived in BsAs from Sao Paulo about a month ago with a contact list of maybe 6 girls I had contacted on Seeking up to a month prior. I've seen girls use Seeking quite sporadically due to the high amount of noise, so I've started collecting numbers much earlier before arrival.
Of these 6, 2 turned out to be good finds, but both of these were more complicated to meet than normal (a general trend here). The first one wanted to meet at a hotel for safety reasons, which is actually legit because my Airbnb requires a key to exit the building (why? "for safety reasons, so robbers can't get out if they get in" The second one had a problem with her dog the first time we were supposed to meet, felt ashamed about it and I had to talk her into meeting again.
The meet at hotel thing repeated itself a number of times, as did "I don't want to meet in public because my acquaintances could recognize me". I'm in my mid 30's and look ok, but this isn't acceptable for some reason here? Two girls weren't comfortable sharing decent pictures. On a positive note, those two did turn out to be solid options. Both were great conversationalists and were comfortable sticking around for second rounds without prompting. One bought some sex toys we'll try this week.
Besides this initial set, other girls have been hard to come by. One girl had a problem with her aunt dying. Another contact from a previous trip had her shoulder broken and needs weeks to heal. One got super pissed off at some family thing and just went AWOL for a few days. And another one got super pissed off at the idea that if we meet, we may not have chemistry (given she only shared one blurry picture of her face). Just a ton of work compared to Brazilian or Colombian girls.

I suspect Argentinian women are at their best outside Argentina, where the overcomplicated, dysfunctional culture is less impactful on their state of minds. Speaking of which, it's impacting my state of mind too! There are 2-3 new girls next week. Hopefully things will improve or I'm heading out in 2 weeks.
