In Greater London expect to pay GBP 10 – 20 entry and then GBP 60 per half hour.

You can find GFE with little or no trouble and the girls speak English. Fly into HKG and then Cebu Pacific with a low weight of baggage or into Manila and that awful airport. Asiana from Seoul is another good way to get to Angeles and Subic. Lastly the country is pretty cheap.
