Personally I prefer 1 h then 1-2 h break then 1 h again and if she is busy just go after someone else. There should most of the time be other replacement available.

First of all: This is a first "consultant's CONCEPT"! Which I sstill about to undergo editing and development. Then it will have to get passed, which is by no means certain when I see how they are (not) handling the Autobahn toll issue. So I would like you to stop talking about "changes due to the new law" when there's still nothing out there, other than this first draft / consultant's concept.

Then there's this "condom duty" which in itself is a violation of everybody's personal rights and therefore invalid right from the start. The first hoor, punter or brothel owner who will fight this before the EuGH will kill this "law" in it's entirety.

I still foresee no Problems, other than everybody falling right in line again and obeying this Bullshit like a good little slave would obey his Massa. Which will hopefully not happen this time, because this 'concept' as it is right now (and I have not read every detail yet) would kill the prostitution business completely. So everybody will have no other choice than to fight it and / or ignore it. Or quit prostitution altogether. And the whole bunch of loopholes I had partially pointed out months ago still remains. The process of renewing the regulations for prostitution in Germany is going on for almost two years. There were a lot of discussion about different opinions between the two parties of the grand coalition in Germany. Over this two years you could find many articles in german press about the latest trends. There were many meetings of these two political parties of grand coalition. Both sides made many compromise up to now. And these 103 pages are not a consultant concept this is the draft of the responsible department of legal authorities. This is a complete law with paragrath and implementing regulations. This will go very likely to lower house of parliament of Germany for vote.

Of course a lot of things in this new regulations are also for me bullshit. But my opinion isn't important. So it's very likely it goes soon in this direction. Maybe a little hope the actual proposal of Amnesty International for legalization of prostitution changes the mind of the political parties but from my point not very likley. Look at the rules in Sweden and the discussion in France. Why should Germany go an other way?
