This is no law, just a concept for a "law"!
Now we have details (103 pages!) about the changes due to the new law.
I suppose you are referring to this Bullshit here: http://www.internet-law.de/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Referentenentwurf-Prostituiertenschutzgesetz_29.07.2015.pdf.
First of all: This is a first "consultant's CONCEPT"! Which I sstill about to undergo editing and development. Then it will have to get passed, which is by no means certain when I see how they are (not) handling the Autobahn toll issue. There's still a good chance that either of those "laws" will get postponed into the next decade. Or into infinity.
So I would like you to stop talking about "changes due to the new law" when there's still nothing out there, other than this first draft / consultant's concept.
Then there's this "condom duty" which in itself is a violation of everybody's personal rights and therefore invalid right from the start. The first hoor, punter or brothel owner who will fight this before the EuGH will kill this "law" in it's entirety.
I still foresee no Problems, other than everybody falling right in line again and obeying this Bullshit like a good little slave would obey his Massa. Which will hopefully not happen this time, because this 'concept' as it is right now (and I have not read every detail yet) would kill the prostitution business completely. So everybody will have no other choice than to fight it and / or ignore it. Or quit prostitution altogether. And the whole bunch of loopholes I had partially pointed out months ago still remains. Which I will not point out here anymore again. 'Charlie' might be reading this as well.
Will BBBJ still be legal?
Now we have details (103 pages!) about the changes due to the new law. Many more rules for the clubs and the girls. Also a big change for guys BBBJ isn't anymore allowed. BJ is than only allowed with condem. That mean also CIM or COF isn't anymore possible. Fining for guys doing this up to 500 euro, no fines for the girls. This could change german FKK scene. And should anybody think that is only on paper and in club its same like for many years in Bavaria with the local "Hygieneverordnung" where BBBJ wasn't allowed but everywhere there with no problem standard will maybe get a bad surprise. I'm quite sure this new law change these things.
Hello I have been through this document and I can't find the place where BBBJ is allegedly illegal. It does say (1) customers and clients of prostitutes, and prostitutes are obliged.
To use condoms during sexual intercourse. (google translate) but I interpret that as meaning vaginal or anal sex and not a blow job.
I think this is aimed at Alle Ohne clubs and not BBBJ. In fact I did find any text specifically mentioning oral sex and condoms. Where did you see this?
