I am in KL now since 3-4 days. I wish to thank all who helped me with their suggestions, when I asked before my trip. All their comments, in the forum and in PM, have been useful.
I am kind of disappointed of KL. The street scene does not offer much. I miss so much the wonderful Indon and PRC girls of Geylang Singapore! I never saw such beautiful PRCs (and so many all together!) as there.
The Beach Club is nothing compared to that (but cheaper: you can take the girls in BC for 1hr for the same price asked by the best PRC girls in Gaylang (100 SD or 200-250 RM). I thoroughly surveyed all streets, at various times from 8pm to 3am: Chow Kit, Haji Taib, Raja LAut, Abdul Rahman. MAny girls out, especially at late night (after 12pm). The average quality is very low, even trannies are around, but I spotted a cpl of very nice girls.
Two days ago, there was even a nice Indonesian girl on AR (those girls around 20-22yo but looking 18). She does not do BJ, so I left. Asked 60RM.
Expect dingy and dirty rooms, though. Not for the faint heart.
If you go in the dark alley where there is a market in the day, you will be approached by some ugly men proposing you "young girls".

I am an ardent fan of KL street scene; never been to Geylang, but bear in mind that Geylang is a legal scene, while Chow Kit is not. Certain girls only come out after 2am or even later to avoid enforcers (in KL I do not think we should use the term MIB, cause it is as if anyone who can call some shots in KL can go about summoning and detaining WL, foreign workers, and TV.)
WL along TAR and Raja Laut are less experience, and most are controlled or are protected by gangs. For example, you will notice that TVs working at the Haji Taib area (near those fruits whole sellers) are all Thais. There is a gang protecting these TVs....offend them at your peril.
Anyway, I would suggest you visit the Chow Kit girls again at later time, say 2am, 3am. OR, go before 10pm. The place you should go is not Chow Kit Rd but the road parallel to it. There is an open car park located behind the building. Many of them ply their trade there. You have to be patient, unless you have regular girls there.
All my best street scene experience (SSE) are WLs from that area. All are older, 25 and more, and usually had married, and have very good , ehem experience. They tend to want to enjoy sex too, unlike those poor souls locked inside the Haji Taib places. Walk about 100m, you will see an open carpark on your left. Go towards it. Thats the area we are talking about. There is a dark alley on the far end of this carpark; take it and it will lead you to another hidden, open carpark. It is quite safe and well lit actually.
All of these WL do BJ, and some are very very good at it. Price ranges from 30 to 60. Malay WL give much better services, and they usually take better care of their assets - their body.
Brickfield:
Man you are so near yet so far. Quite simple, Again it has to do with the Monorail (mmm...makes you wonder why many monorail stops are located at these strategic street scenes of KL. ;) )
Find the Sentral KL Monorail station (it is along Brickfield's main road, Tun Sambathan). Its one of the terminals of the monorail. Say you are facing the ticketing counter (there is only, intriguingly, one). There is a lane on your left but to the right of the counter. Take it. After 100m, you are in the Brickfield RLD. It is actually a stretch of shop houses. Most of the dingy hotels, MPs have girls waiting inside; just walk in and take a look, no pressure whatsoever. Plus it is much safer than Haji Taib. Damage 30 to 60, maybe more. But better dont pay more, and spoil the market for us. You can visit Brickfields from 9am till 3am. Night time is better. Some health centre girls, Chow Kit WL, FLs also work the BF scene.
As of now, I think BF is the largest, unofficially legal RLD in KL. Rebuke me if I am wrong.
