Sarcasm, and all that just does not come over in typed print and the context is all wrong. Not to mention not everyone has the same sense of humor. If your friends and family think you are funny it is because they know you and the context is conducive to humor.

Tuition is not cheap in US so the student must be able to afford it or be able to get a scholarship. For some student visa is easy but for most it is not easy.

But people are stupid, there is nothing you can do about that.

Theres a possibility that your 72 hour covid test is delayed with results which could be disastrous. So take one a day before and day of 72 hrs. Double the chances of getting test results.

I see majority of people wearing masks while walking but I don't see anyone getting stopped if they aren't.

Some stores will not serve you unless you wear a mask.

The funniest thing I see that some restaurants / stores spray your hand and soles of shoes with disinfectants when you walk in. The hands I get but shoe soles? No idea why that is important given that a person can be carrying germs on their clothes and every part of their exposed skin!!

It drops to the ground. This is one reason you should never eat anything that has been on the ground. In Mexico places had a mat with disinfectant and a mat to dry off as you walked into places.

If they take the sample at 8 AM they have results that afternoon. Not cheap and I guess it's good Colombia is allowing a 96 hour window versus 72 hours like other Countries.
