I would say Bangkok would be a surer bet.
Would very broadly sum it up as follows:
1. If you want no-holes barred raunchy sex with beautiful, made-for-sex bombs, go to Thailand and try something like Eden or Tulips in Bangkok. You have the dosh, you can get anything your heart desires in LOS although professionalism is the key and a good GFE is harder to find than it used to be.
2. If you are looking for generally good experiences with unusual touches thrown in (fire and ice, red rope etc) try China. On a recent trip, I was astonished at the overall looks and quality of the service providers and you generally get what is printed on the label, but English is non existent which, unless you speak mandarin, does tend to detract from the experience.
3. If you like the GFE experience (but raunchy sex is available as well) with English speaking girls with the possibility of some enthusiastic amateur action thrown in, come to The Philippines and try AC or Manila or travel a bit further afield to Cebu or Davao. It’s a matter of opinion but I do not think Filipinas are quite as beautiful as Chinese or Thai girls but they more than make up for it in other ways.
For non-mongering pursuits, food etc, I would say Thailand pips China by a nose with The Philippines a distant third.
I’m sure that, whichever of the 3 you decide upon, you will have a great time. If you have the time, energy and money, why not try all 3. With budget airline nearly giving away air tickets, it is not as expensive as you might think.

Where do I start? I guess at the beginning.
Bangkok:
Proper city. Lot of shit to do. First class malls with first class boutiques. History, temples and other old shit. Pattaya the sex addicts Paradise is two hours away by taxi. Should cost no more than 2000 Baht for the trip.
Manila:
If you ever been to the “hood “or “Ghetto” in America then imagine if it was transformed into an entire city. That’s Manila. Squatter areas, shanty towns all around, unsavory characters. Grime on buildings, Mad Max drivers and traffic jams you fucking name it. Makati what I have nicknamed the Beverley Hills of Manila is the only thing worth looking at. Angeles city the little Pattaya is two hours away.
Safety:
I wear my jewelry in Bangkok. I don’t in Manila. Take from that what you want. I have never had a problem in either country in terms of pick pockets and strong arm robbery. I do feel more “relaxed” in Bangkok then Manila.
Lodging:
I usually stay at the President Solitaire- Platinum suite when I am in Bangkok. Will set you back about $150 nightly. For this amount you get a gigantic hotel room with a Jacuzzi and the whole nine. In Manila at most of the 5 star hotels this money will you get you a fucking basic room. I have stayed at the Shangri –La and Renaissance before I bought my crib here in Manila.
Why did I mention this? To point out Manila is overpriced in terms of lodging the quality leaves a lot to be desired in most places I have stayed at.
The Clubs: Go Gos
Nudity in Bangkok. I have never seen nudity in Manila. Prices… hard to say. I don’t really be checking all that much on prices. I just go with the flow unless my fleece meter goes off (Burgos in Manila). Any place a taxi driver offers in Bangkok. LOL. Lot short time rooms located inside the bars in Bangkok.
The Sex Workers:
I have had some bar girls in both countries act indifferent. I have had some in both countries that didn’t want to leave my side. For the most part Thai girls have offered the greatest “fuck for the buck.” Anal, two-somes three-somes you fucking name it they game. They come to the room and know what’s up no playing around no bullshit.
GFE:

The office of Major Alfredo Lim today announced a program of gentrification and improvement which will take place in the Del Pilar/Mabini area of Ermita, starting shortly. This would make the area much more attractive and accessible to both tourists and well heeled Filipinos alike and involve converting the largely run down area into a more upmarket district of boutique hotels, shops, restaurants and bars. The government has earmarked the sum of 1 billion pesos from the current fiscal budget for this endeavor.
Congressman Sonny Binibrocha said ‘these plans have been on the drawing board for some time and have now received the go ahead. We hope to start demolishing some unoccupied buildings very shortly'. Others such as the infamous LA Café and Amazonia night spots have been issued their notices of termination of tenancy and will be closing in the near future. It is an exciting time for everyone in the present mayoral administration’.
