Korea is not that good country.so far-for the handicapped..you see the streets, have you ever seen any handicapped on wheelchairs? Not many. Have you seen any wheel chairs on a bus?. The bill was introduced for the blind people- not easy to get a job-, but as you know, everybody has a right to choose a job or what they do for a living, that's why it hasn't been passed. The Constitutional Court of Korea inquired that case to the Humanrights of Korea, and the Humanrights of Korea adviced that the rights to choose of Jobs shouldn't infringe on the right of the blind people. Their normal rate is 180, 000 won but they rip foreign customers off for 250, 000 won which is why I have previously walked out of there without any service.
