[/QUOTE]Joe Conforte is the reason why they were deemed illegal in Clark County (Las Vegas) in the early 70s. It was all politics and influences. They came up with a prerequisite of only counties under a certain population in order to exclude Clark Co from licensing to keep Conforte out of Vegas.

Actually, it's not prostitution that's legal, per se. The brothels are legal, making [i]those[/i] Types of prostitutes legal (& state regulated) workers. Street walkers, escorts, etc are illegal thru-out the state. Anything outside of the brothels.

Sorry not much of a report. Went to El Encanto and Sirenas for the first time. At El Encanto, I was told only 3 chicas on duty.
