This can be good information to reduce the relative risk of MP visit. I am not referring specific to this MP, but in general what is a safer time to visit. Somehow I always felt morning sessions are less risky from LE perspective but I could be wrong. Any thoughts.

Also in many cases, LE keeps some informant around the area (generally shopkeeper or tea stall guy) who observes the scene and updates LE on number of possible mongers inside. There is nothing like best time to go but very early when MP opens up or when MP is about to close, chances of LE raid are less.

One way is, if you enter MP and you are being told to wait for 15-20 minutes, 'all girls are busy' etc its better just to move out. That's like entering the lion's den.
