Case in point, I have a Colombian cell phone that I registered with Claro four years ago. I lost the phone I had a few times, albeit it was a burner phone and got the same number back after paying like a 3 K fee. Now to the good part, I left Colombia in March and just returned last Saturday, while I was gone, every couple of months while in the USA I would recharge it with about $ 3 USD to maintain it as I believe any phone number in Colombia with no activity for six months is terminated. So upon arriving I fired my Colombian cell up and there were messages showing all my past recharges and a new expiration date of my saldo sometime in January. So one phone, same SIM card should work as long as the phone is registered as you mention.
Final Thoughts On El Centro
I have been in El Centro (Veracruz / Botero) area four times since Saturday afternoon, and the following are my observations / thoughts on the current situation.
1. There appears to be more girls working than before the Pandemic and at discounted pricing.
