Never met them when I always tried to run away from medicines, same for Viagra. AZ is limited to between 55 and 75 in France, when I thought it was not even tested for older than 65.21 millions EU vaccine seem to work quite well in UK returning from out of control 3 months ago, and now 40 times less deaths. Bad EU didn't keep vaccine they produced, like UK or US do, and would have also been much better UK keep their mutant for them rather than travelling spreading. Oh yes, and "doping is quite cultural in Italy, Spain Russia" but obviously not in France. Virenque, Jalabert, Moreau, Jeannie Longo, Remy Di Gregorio, Lloyd Mondori. The list can go on.
They dope in all countries in most sports. In some countries it's organized at federation level, in some countries it's done individually. Some are better at it than others, they know the glow times and if they are to be tested then they take a whereabouts violation. No country is morally superior to others. Doping is done in professional and amateur sports alike, even just for bragging rights.
There is no real interest to catch major doping cases, because they then impact public interest, which then impacts the sport.
