There are specific threads on parties. LMP will be above your budget. Other low cost parties may be within, but not necessarily recommended.

Chinese MPs do not necessarily offer FS.

Other places call themselves MP, and advertise on some local papers, and are essentially brothels. You will find oppportunities within your budget there.

There are a lot of working girls and flats in the area you are staying in, potentially even walking distance. For a little more than a £100 you could get yourself two visits, as a half hour usually starts at the £60 mark, but again you can find lower end girls who will give you an hour for that price.

I'd keep away from the phonebooth girls and walk ups in Soho as they will me more pricey.
