No offense taken. I apologize if I got confused about the facts. I thought you wrote more than once that you smoked weed with girls and I thought the post about the police incident mentioned drugs were in view on a table in the apartment. I guess you meant you had no knowledge of the drugs she was carrying and not what was inside the apartment. So apologies again, like I said I think you made the best of a bad situation. I doubt you will let something like that happen again. I respect the way you owned up and reported it. It will help a lot of guys including me. It never hurts to be reminded how things can go sideways.

How I roll in Medellin is slowly. My average work week runs right around 70 hours. When I'm off, I feel no pressure to meet any quotas. Most days I'm happy with 1 girl and I prefer longer sessions in my apartment. An occasional quickie is good, but I've got to be in the mood.

Added a new account at Navy Federal Credit Union last year, because my fifth third account was ringing me for about 7% on Colombian ATM withdrawals.
It's good and bad.
The good, I've made 2 withdrawals from different banks and I'm only getting a 1.3% charge off the current rate.
The bad, with fifth third my max withdrawal from Davivienda was 2 million pesos. With Navy Federal my max is 400 k. My max at BBVA is 300 k. Never used them before, so no comparison.
I'll try Bancolombia and Scotiabank Colpatria to find out my max and the rate.

But they do this kind of thing occasionally if you let your guard down. The police didn't likely know her, right? And when they show up and see a Paisa with a tourist they know the girl is guilty but that they can enrich themselves often in these situations. So why not, I guess. It sucks. I've been there, a girl demanding money for nothing or less than what I expected because I didn't have it in writing. That's the game and it could have been worse so keep moving and enjoy the rest of your time.

That they may see drugs as an opportunity for a bribe, but they are less corrupt than in other countries in Latin / Central America. In the above case it seems that they got nothing.

I changed my US number to a Business Account, then added a normal WhatsApp account for my local number. I've noticed a huge difference when talking to businesses and girls, as far as pricing. I can't say it's a sure thing or that I'm right or wrong, but I feel like it's made a difference. I also think instead of always focusing on price and time, maybe you can test these chicas by setting other expectations / rules, before approaching the payment.
