I just finished a trip to Pattaya and every single night East Asian customers were throwing money all over the place (known as "making it rain") inside of XS. I believe its mostly Koreans and Japanese.

I went to all the usual spots in WS: XS, Pinup, Palace, Iron, Sapphire, Sensations, Baccara, Farehneight, etc. And 99% of the customers were East Asian. They were barfining women early, buying drinks, throwing money, etc. They know how party. One guy I saw in Palace had a bill of 25,000 baht. And he didn't even barfine anyone once he paid it. I did visit LK metro again but wasn’t impressed.
