No noticeable signs about it on Soi Cowboy bars tonight. I am back in my room now so I don't know if those Nana Plaza/Soi 4 beer bar signs were correct or not. Then again, if you are cruising around that area right now you would know if they are open or not without reading about it here on this site. LOL.
