OK, that is your schedule. Planes are often late, so by the time you go through immigration, etc., the wait will not be so long. Plus you have to find your way from Intern'l to domestic airport. You don't say what airline you are flying, but if PAL, then intern'l and domestic are housed in same bldg. If you fly another carrier, you will use plenty of time going from terminal to terminal. When you get to Cebu Pacific or PAL terminal ticket counter, and if you are still early, just ask them to book you on the next flight. A lot of times flights are not full and they will accommodate you. But again, even though it looks like a 4-5 hour wait on paper, it may be only 2 hours, depending on what airlines you are on.

I agree with Mr. Hawaii... besides, it's too risky to go out of the airport then go back with unpredictable Manila traffic. You might end up missing your flight.

Well you stated you have 5 hours to kill. As stated you not want to miss your next flight. My suggestion is Air Force 1 down the road. Personally I have never gone there but the reviews I have heard on them is good. Its only about 10 15 min from the airport and will take up atleast 1 to 2 hours of your time. I am sure there is other places close by the airport that will suit you as well. At least all is provided ar air force one. The girl, drinks, room and well. Duh.

Arrived in Manila lasst Wednesday. And should preface this report by stating I'm nearing my mid 50s and starting to slow down. LOL.

I never did get any replies to my request last week looking for "action" in QC. So...I just started my own.
