It wasn't that they looked down on me or treated me with contempt, if you weren't Japanese you weren't visible. I started texting Goat about it because it was weird. Korean guys, ignored, Thai, ignored, not just the hookers, the restaurants and bars as well. It was literally as if we were all invisible. I left and went the couple blocks to the market and when I was done there I made another pass through. Just in time to see these Japanese guys (drunk old guys actually) sort of spill out of this van and it was as if they had given some meth to the girls and mommasans. They literally jumped off of their little stools in their white shirts and tried to get these old drunks attention. They literally surrounded them and hampered their ability to walk down the street. As they passed then they all sat down, pulled out their phones and started ignoring everybody again.

Personally I could give a shit less, I had fucked my girl candy that day and wasn't looking for pussy but it's stupid business to let money walk past your shop because it's not in the hands of a particular kind of person. It's stupid when it happens to anybody, black people, or gay people, or Indian people, it's just fucking dumb because money doesn't give a shit what color your skin is. Thousands of dollars of business walked down their street in the 30 mins I was there and they ignored it all. Do they have the right? Sure they do, it's their bodies but it's still stupid.

Admin2, you were on Thaniya Road which has always been known to allow Japanese only. It's still worth a walk through just to see it but yes it can be frustrating that many girls are not interested unless the customer is Japanese. There's easily 1000 girls on that street. The business model seems to work. Likely more men on that street than in Nana or Soi Cowboy.

What I thought it was was fucking bizarre and it's bad business. Because somebody is staying open doesn't mean they are maximizing the money they make. From what I hear about these Japanese/Asian Only venues or even the fishbowl establishments that prefer that clientele and require a Farang surcharge, it is covered everything, very little if any likelihood of a genuine oral finish and more about being alone with a pretty, young girl than engaging in what for many of us qualifies as real sex.

If anything I felt like I avoiding something I would have later regretted.

It's my first writing here. According to me it's not exactly racial discrimination, it looks more like face control trying to differentiate spender from only watchers. Last week I was in Bangkok, Tuesday at around 12 am I headed to Crazy House, I'm 40, Caucasian, at the entrance there were bunch of young Chinese guys trying to enter and the guard told them 100 baht each entrance fee, they paid, I was next I have the 100 baht note ready in my hand, I said "Sawatdee krup, how it's going", the guard looked at me, asked "where do you come from?" I said "Bulgaria", he said "welcome, have a nice time" and opened the curtain, doesn't even look at my 100 baht note, which still was in my hand ready. I spend inside around 800 baht (few Jameson+soda & lady drink) and after an hour left. Meanwhile the same Chinese guys still have their first and only breezers. (So I took one chair and left more than them taking 5 chairs) On my way out the guard was collecting the 100 baht notes from a bunch of young polish guys.

Well, I think this is fare policy, these are a Night Bars, not a charity organization, they work for a profit. In my country every venue like this has 200 baht entrance fee and the prices inside are the same. It's not normal to go inside, spend €3.5 on a beer and watch naked women all night. Even internet porn is more expensive.

What bothers me is that with tipping you are fucking up the scene. In March 2017 I visited Bangkok for first time and never heard the word "tip". This year I already heard it everywhere, even the girl in Crazy House, to which I bought the lady drink, which actually was the double one (tequila & coke, but I liked her and I was aware of the fact it's double) asked for a tip. Sure I didn't give her.

What is a tip? A reward given for additional services which are not included in the price! (Cab driver rounds the bill, they don't have usually enough small money, waiter-usually his services are included in the price, but when he / she adds sth from themselves and make you feel better, sure a tip.).

Why shall I tip the stripper, when I pay the lady drink or at Magic table after the BJ. They didn't add anything additionally to make me tip. You ask for a service, they tell you the price and it's done, when they include sth. Extra for e. G. Rim job or sth. Else, then it's different. I tipped the waitress, she called the girl, stays next to me, as soon as I raised my eyes she asked me whether I needed sth. This is additional service.

Problem with the free tips you are giving is that next year they'll be included, this year I paid 1200 for a BJ when I give 100 tip, next year for sure the BJ will be 1300. When you see that everybody covers you ask price and gives you even more it's normal next time to raise you ask price. It's simple economy. And you'll come back to complain in the forums how the things were different 10 years ago. (Never seen these dream times BTW.
