I think she finally went with him because he was very persistant and didn't give up on her. But she was still reluctant and by not performing she even took the risk that he would send her away with (much) less money than agreed upon or even empty handed.

American GIs in Japan were spreading STDs in the brothels leading to the majority of P4 P businesses in Japan becoming Japanese only. The stigma has of course continued to this day. Funny though, several of the current multi-drug resistant strains of gonorrhea and mycoplasma genitalium have their origins in Japan.

As soon as your dick enters her she goes into a different world.

You don't need to communicate in order to have a decent session. I did that in many countries, including Thailand. The reason one has difficulty mongering in Japan is because it is a racist culture, plain and simple.
