What Really Is The Allure Of Gustos-Can Somebody Articulate It
Any booth comes with a 650 k fee.
Included is a bottle. If you buy a bottle for 200 k you're still paying 650 k.
So buy a bottle for 500-600 k.
The girls will take turns making rounds to be seen by you.
My suggestion walk around and maybe invite one or 2 girls over and negotiate when you think you've found the one.
Lately I bring normal girls to Gustos just to party and have fun and even though they all know it's putas in there I tell them I have a friend who works there since the whole staff will give me VIP treatment and I'll always cut the line.
Tbh I haven't pulled from there in my last 4 trips there.
But it's still a place I like to go to.
I can see how Gusto's has it's place in Parque Lleras, and for guys coming down to monger for a short period of time with wads of cash, it's perfect, and in the scheme of things, perhaps not really all that expensive compared to other venues in the world. However, it definitely is a "higher end" mongering venue in Medellin, and although I can afford to roll in Gustos with a booth if I wanted to, it just doesn't appeal to me on many levels. Perhaps it's too predictable in some ways. I remember going to an FKK in Berlin and after paying 90 Euros left not partaking as I didn't like the setting, and how things worked. I basically went to experience it, yet it wasn't for me while other guys were lapping it up. Perhaps it's my age being an old fart, and it's a much younger crowd that frequents the place. Maybe it's trendy, the place to be seen, and do they really have the prettiest girls working there.
I have no idea what the allure of the place is, maybe someone can articulate this.
Surfer i speak very little spanish / cannot understand when they speak it
But sex and money is a universal language. I think if he knows is destination or have a snapshot of destination he can be fine. Use your translater but some chicas don't want to use translater intentionally to annoy you when they give bad service and want there money. Follow solid advices by the members. I did it so you will be fine.
If it wasn't for the Pandemic, and you being an obvious foreigner, and that literally nobody speaks English, and that you have never been here before, and you speak no Spanish, I suggest you stay at the Mansion or whatever they call it these days, and if you venture out, hire a driver that speaks some English who can also look out for you.
I'm not inferring that your weak, or lame, or incapable of mongering in Medellin, but it is not going to be user friendly for you based on what you have shared personally about yourself and with the Pandemic going on.
I have a friend who is Asian I met with last week in Medellin staying until December. He has been several times in the past, rents a room in El Centro, and speaks a fair amount of Spanish so he fly's fine and is also aware that being an obvious foreigner that he has to keep his radar up, and he's staying in a Hotel right in El Centro by the Hotel Nuitibarra.
Again, I'm not saying your incapable of doing this, but for a first time foray it would be quite a challenge, hence I suggest you stay at the "gringo hotel" for your first trip if money is not an issue for you. Albeit it will be very expensive, but at least you will have somewhat of a safety net.
As an alternative, you might want to consider the DR, excellent time of year to be there, and much more user friendly than Colombia and safer for foreigners, but limited mongering venues.
Good Luck.
.
Great news jjbee / fase dos
I like that place but quarentine in March closed it. 300 k wow. Mucho. Jjbee karma is a *****. I am struggling with a stomach bug myself. But no temperature.
Four of us went to Fase Dos last night. Two of us arrived just before 10:30 and the last guy showed up just before midnight. Three of us left about 1:30.
Nobody pulled a girl at the club, and not sure if anyone verified the cost. 40-50 girls average between 6 and 7, depending on your taste. There was a wide variety of shapes and sizes including one who looked to be a true redhead.
I don't have much new information. The sign on the wall with prices seems outdated. I think they're charging 24 k for a beer now. Door charge is still 10 k. Temperature check, sanitizing and quick frisk required before entry.
If the rumor I heard, that onsite sessions are now 300 k, and you're looking for onsite, Barra Ejecutivo is a much better value. Although it was early when I went to Ejecutivo, I think the girls averaged better looking than Fase Dos.
.
