.[/QUOTE]Sorry man but I have to disagree with you. Being fluent in Spanish definitely makes a difference, specially on longer sessions. I'm Mexican American and Spanish is my first language. Spanish makes a huge difference when I visit places like Mexico, Colombia or Peru. I was able to get much better service and in some cases, much better prices because I can communicate fluently. For me its not even about saving some dollars. Its just a better time when the girls feel more relax because you can chat with them. It makes for a better connection and a more passionate experience, specially with ones you have repeat meetings with.
I can tell you I didn't have such a great time in China or Vietnam where I couldn't communicate as easily. It definitely made things more difficult. I still found plenty of action and for great deals but not as enjoyable as I have in central and south America. If you want to believe your delusion that being able to communicate easily doesn't change things a little bit for the better, hey you do you bro.

There is no correlation of somebody being only in it for the money and terrible sex. There is also no correlation in speaking the language and how the sex is. One trip to a termas will nip that in the bud too. But you will of course have a better overall time being able to speak the language than not speaking it. There is no denying that.
My first few times in Brazil, Colombia, and Thailand I did not speak Portuguese, Spanish, or Thai respectively. Learning each language has made a hell of a difference in the time I have in those places. When I travel with my dad every minute he is asking me what is she saying and tell her this. He has a great time, but you don't think he would have a better time if he did not have to consult his son the translator every 5 seconds?

I think Spanish would have helped him get out of the situation faster and cheaper but I have doubts it would have prevented him getting into the situation to begin with. That is not a language issue.

I remember the one and only time I arranged to have a wing man ahead of time. We met up in Colombia after first meeting each other in Costa Rica, and this guy spoke no Spanish! I thought he was better than he was, because he had already been mongering around Latin America a lot. I just somehow thought he was better, but this guy had no skills! I couldn't enjoy myself how I wanted to for having to constantly translate and interpret for him! Was extremely fucking annoying. Not to mention that one night he got stumbling drunk, and I had to get his drunk ass back to his hotel room, then rush back to the club to get with one of my favorite tutes. Never again!
Boggles my mind, but a lot of discussions are like that here and I try to keep an open mind. Mongers argue opinions, knowing Spanish is one of many, with no practical experience in the point they are arguing against. When all I have is my own, one-sided, personal biased experience with nothing to compare, how can I say tipping doesn't help if I never tried to tip? How can I say making myself presentable doesn't help if I never shaved my ear hair? I am not talking about the Lemming Argument; I don't have to jump off a cliff to know that I am not going to like the end result. But for more subtle matters of taste and style, maybe someone else has built a better mousetrap. Or not. At one point, I am sure most of what I do that is valid started with some good old fashioned Research and Development, otherwise known as Ripoff & Duplicate, jajaja.
If you go to Seven or Farenheit, bring your own girl. At least that's been my experience. I went to Faison with an ex-stripper from FASE II. It was fun because the girl was not a FASE II girl any more (we had dinner and a normal conversation and ended up with great sex very early in the morning after Faison closed).
