First offer was to declare cash voluntarily before 30 Sept. And pay tax with 25% penalty.

Now after that date passed and when 1.25 lakh cr was declared, they thought more must have been hidden and undeclared.

Now people with excess cash cannot declare under any scheme, nor use them.

Only option is to deposit in banks, show it as some professional income (create fake backdated audit books if amount is huge) and pay tax after March' 2017.
