Tijuana policias are not that stupid. It would not be too hard for them to find any deportees in La Zona, especially those who pimp girls.

It's funny how simplistic guys are so proud that they think they are the only ones who know the simple truths.

Everybody knows Sindicatura is Tijuana's Internal Affairs.

If the deportee keeps pimping girls, that means the foot patrol guys are not doing their jobs, or they may be taking kick backs. Then it becomes Sindicatura's job to investigate why foot patrol guys are not doing their jobs.

If someone is not doing his or her job, it's better to talk to their boss to let them sort it out.
