Always forget which floor its on, but its got the nicest decor of all of them and feels cleanest.

Having said that, the best short time hotel I've found in all of Taipei so far, is the Les Breezy Hotel near Sanhe Junior High school MRT stop, Luzhou line, on same side of road as Exit 1. They only allocate corner rooms for short time, NT$ 998 for 3 hours, but has nice big jacuzzi, lots of space and a very good size bed.
