I used to monger a few years ago but now? Not so much. I got to go over and get dental done and hit a pharmacia.

I'll be going tomorrow and want to know what is the easiest and safest thing around the Santa Fe bridge and foot bridge (ahh its been so long. Stanton, americas bridge? The one east of the Santa Fe near Washington Dental)

God I used to roam el centro at 2 am stone cold sober alone cause I don't drink like 4 years ago but no more. I knew the streets then.

I will have a layover JTown for a few hours but I'm not going to make a big deal of it if theres nothing really easy to get to by foot.

Well, there are pharmacias just as you cross Santa Fe bridge, on Ave. Juarez. The bridge east of Sante Fe is Stanton St. Bridge. There are quite a few dentist offices all through out this area just across from both bridges. Hide your big money from crooked cops over there. Good luck.

You could walk by a car and it blows up. A shoot out could occur on the streets and you take a hit.

Do not think that Juarez is safe. By far. So it is not a good idea to bury your head in the sand and imagine that all is normal. I personally think the cartels know who they are looking for so this reduces your chances of something happening to you. You could be an innocent bystander or harrassed by a cop. This is the chance you take when you visit Juarez these days. It is up to you. I can only guaranteed one thing looking at what has been going on for the past few years. The grim reaper of violence will visit the city of Juarez every day. Count on it.

Getting back to my visit with Karen at Sirena's. Very lovely to talk with and wonderful oral skills. Lots of fun and great attitude. Recommended. Highly. It was dark by the time I left and walked across the street to have some ice cream at La Michoacana. Picked up a cab for five dollars back to the bridge. Phone numbers are above. Or you could call $40 Luxxor, from Kentucky club. If you don't like what you see at Luxxor, it's an easy walk to Siluetas, and Felinas, from Luxxor.

If you don't like what you see at El Encanto, and Sirenas, you could catch a cab over to Siluetas, and Felinas. Tell cabbie to take you to intersection of Ave. Guerrero and Ave. Peru, then walk to Felinas, and Siluetas. This way you would avoid high commission to cab driver. Your biggest danger over there are the crooked cops, IMO. Hide your big money.

If you don't like what you see at these 4 MP's, you could catch a bus ride out to Loryed, near the big Soryanas store. Loryed is a ways out there. You could catch a bus to Loryed at the San Benito Juarez Monument bus stop, at Ave. Guererro, close to Ave. Fico Villa. This is a major pick up point for buses. (Below is map of that location.) If you catch a cab to Loryed, it might be $10 one way, for cab ride. Loryed is kind of far to get to.

$40 Cleopatra's MP is just 5 blocks down Ave. Juarez, but I rate it the worst MP in Juarez. You could check it out, but you might throw up, after seeing what's working there for $40. I view Cleo's as a joke. And don't go to Pink Ladies. It's a rip off bar, IMO.
