I've only heard of Sahara mall clubs in GGN and haven't been there myself so can't compare. But here there were about 15 girls and 40 guys. There wasn't a lot of shameless groping / grabbing / dancing that I could see. Most guys were just buying the girls drinks or the girls were sitting on their tables. I had very bad experience with these ladies.

They invite you on their place. Lock you down and behave very strange and try to threaten you indirectly.

I lost 15 k once to just get out of their place. Very very bad exp I had. Even today when I recall the incident gives me goosebumps.
