I believe that has closed down. It was called Red Dragon or something.

Another spa / sauna I know of is near the Breeze Center. I can't remember the name, but is located to the left of the MRT overpass while Breeze center is to the right of the MRT overpass.

I'm not knocking Caesers or the sauna places, but Taiwan's not known for the sauna cause besides the full sex, there isn't much "fun" or veggie extras there.
