I am going to visit Budapest in a few days and would like to get in touch with High Quality girls. From reading the forum there are two main reasons why it is advised to stay away from most escort companies. The first being a lot have fake pictures, the second is they cost twice as much as the girls you will find on Rosslanyok because the service takes a cut.

Hence there are no legit agencies, all the "agencies" are designed to extract money out of clueless foreigners. The pictures are either fake, or in rare cases legit but those are the same girls from rosszlanyok just with more photoshop, only difference being that you will have to pay double or triple the rate you would pay if you contacted her directly because the agency takes a huge cut just for speaking basic English.

And yes girls with english flag but still speaking only few words of it. That usually means girl will accept english speaking foreigners too but when calling there is someone else who can speak english in phone. So when you or someone here calling and girl can't speak enough english / german at phone when advertising with english or german flag that don't mean she is just arrogant or bad, but just that girl who speaks english in phone is not there that time, either because she is busy with other client or just simply not working that day.

It's not always easy to tell, but some reviews mention it. When the apartment is shared, there will be multiple mobile phones and sometimes they will answer for each other.
