FWIW I don't imagine the politicians in Colombia want to follow that judge's orders with the Holidays approaching. Lots of Colombian that live abroad will be traveling to Colombia in the next 2-3 weeks and people would be really pissed off if they had to cancel Christmas visits.

I understand your point of view. I am like the other side of the coin. I don't do the Centro scene. In my 8 or so years of going to Medellin, I had fucked probably 2 Casa girls in Centro and that was during my first trip to try anything and everything. I even hit up Loutron as well on that trip just to say I went LOL. Girls def hot, but it was the ambience of the narco mansion that was fascinating to me. I didn't pull any girl and back then it was like 300 k an HR when conversion was 1 USD to 1,800 pesos. Anyways, I always enjoy reading the Centro scene reports even though it's not how I roll. Walking around Centro is always refreshing to me.

It's right across from "stoner's park" where all the locals hang and smoke joints, do coke, drink beer, and other stuff. Kind of a Bohemian type of crowd with people playing guitars, however neither Slapshot nor Blakman would fit in here, but I felt right at home, and blended right in as nobody knew I was a gringo until they heard me speaking Spanish.
The Hotel has a very nice balcony, and after a session one evening with my Chica, I went out and picked up some food and we sat on the balcony and ate dinner. I brought a bottle of Malbec, and while we were sipping on the wine, the other guests were smoking joints and drinking beer.
What I really liked about staying there was that there were no other gringos, all just Colombians having a good time. The Mansion, which I believe now is called Casablanca, is the complete polar opposite.
What a transformation for me going back over a decade ago, staying at the Mansions sister Hotel I think called El Castillo once, not understanding anything anybody was saying, travelling around by Taxi to Avenida el La Grief and Mayorista when it used to be good, but no more, and to now blending in with the locals.
I can remember over a decade ago before the gringos started coming that it was actually more expensive than it is now, with the exchange rate being like 1,800 COP to the USD back then.
Conceptually for many of the newer members this may be hard to believe but it's true.

I got back from Medellin recently. It was my first trip to Colombia and fell in love with the city and the chicas. Spent 1 week there:
First night (Mario Cart):
Made friends with some other guys in the area and met up for dinner at some hole in the wall place we called Mario Kart in Poblado next to Park Lleras. Food was amazing and cheap. Colombians know how to cook meat. It started raining pretty hard and suddenly there was a table of working girls next to us. I assume they were working in the park and came to the first restaurant with potential clients. Smart chicas, LOL. They seemed friendly enough so we joined the tables. I speak Spanish at like a 3rd grade level so that helped. Also, I like a little bit of shit talk and getting to know her before I'm balls deep and they seemed to be enjoying the convo so win win. The hot and also coldest chica in the group started to warm up and engage in the convo. It was fun to try to win her over a bit. I offered to bring them back to the airbnb. They quoted me 200 k for each. I was feeling generous but didn't want the ugly friend so offered 250 k for the 2 good ones and asked them to lose the ugly friend. They conferred among themselves and said they would all come and would split the 500 k and all 3 would come. It's a party.
We go back to room. One of the chicas has weed on her so we smoke a bit. She charged me 10 k for a good size joint which I thought was reasonable, though I'm sure she paid way less. No complaints, it got the job done and we were all a bit high after. I took the hot one girl to my room and my friend took the slightly less hot one. I start fingering her but she's not super into it. I assume she's too sore from getting pounded regularly. Oh well, I put on a condom and go to town. 20 minutes into it I can't finish. I'm not a fast finisher and it's doubly hard when she's not into and even worse when I've had a lot to drink. I tell her let's take a break and maybe we'll go for round two later. She starts talking about more money and I was kinda done. We smoked a little more weed, talked for another 30 or so minutes and they left.
Later she sent me a bunch of texts and pics. Attaching the best one, LOL. She looked a little older and less sexy in person but def same chica.
Overall for about $70 USD it was a pretty decent first day.

This video was interesting to me. That must be what I sound like in Brazil. I clearly understand everything the people said. This guy didn't know what jugo de mora was or ever had a buñuelo before. Last time, when I was Medellin (five days), had lots of trouble finding girls cause can't speak Spanish. So I decided to look for agencies like escortsfantasia, edenmodelsva, lacelestina. Worked Ok (not young but kind of middle-aged) but a little expensive. I heard about lots of WhatsApp groups and Facebook pages to find younger ones. I don't get to stay longer but want to enjoy with a lot of girls that I can. Anyhow, I had a couple of firsts, yesterday. Neither involved my anus or the police. I took the metro and I went to Parque Arvi. We ended up at some adventure park place called something like Comforma. Climbing 100 ft up in the trees, zip lining, in the pouring rain. I had a couple moments wonder why the fuck I was hanging from a tree, and not sipping a beer in Centro or Lleras, or not picking girls out of a lineup with masks on. Anyway, got some cool picks from the metrocable. It's always nice to have a quick reset button day, to feel normal. Maybe not for the 5-7 day trip, but it's easy to go months here without really doing anything aside from working, fucking, partying, and recovering. I wouldn't necessarily recommend Parque Arvi, although there are other things to do like renting bikes or horses, tours, etc. However, the metro seemed normal. Lots of people with cell phones out, tons of people crammed into the train, but not like the videos of China or India. One of the girls had a Civica card, so it was pretty easy to just throw some money on it and go. I could see why using it to go to and from Parque Berrio, if you are staying near a station, would be ideal.
For those of you in town, the Christmas lights are now up, and a trip in the evening to Parque del Rio with a chica might be a nice way to kill some time and lead into dinner, drinks, etc.
I'm headed out in two weeks, and dreading the thought of being in lockdown in the US. I might buy a return flight to MDE in the next week, just so I have something to look forward to.
